My eyes widened when I saw my friends storming inside the studio.
"Han!"
Claui rushed towards me, kasama niya sina Bench at Wawa. Pare-pareho nila akong dinaluhan at tinapunan ng nag-aalalang tingin.
"Buhatin kita,"
I smiled weakly at Wawa.
"I can manage."
Inalalayan nila akong tumayo at si Bench na mismo ang nagpalis ng luha ko. Masyado akong na-ooverwhelm sa nangyari kaya pati presence nina Wawa ay nagpapabigat sa dibdib ko.
"Why are you guys h-here?"
How did they even know my location?
"Why are you alone?" Wawa spat back, totally ignoring my question
"Bakit walang ibang tao dito?" luminga-linga si Claui
Yumuko ako at tinitigan ang sariling paa gamit ang nanlalabong mata.
"Iniwan ka nila?" kritikal na tanong ni Wawa
"What the hell?!? Who are they? Pwede silang ireklamo! They are being unprofessional! They left you hanging after that fake stupid conversations came out? Fuc-"
"Hayaan niyo na...." I cut off Claui
"Si Rina?"
"Pati si Rina iniwanan ka? Wala pala siyang kwenta eh!" Bench clenched his jaw
I heard my friend cursed under their breaths. They all looked at me frustratedly and worriedly at the same time. Ayoko silang tignan sa mata dahil panigurado, hindi na titigil sa pagpatak ang luha ko.
"Y-You guys don't b-believe it, r-right?" my voice broke as I ask them that
I know they'll answer me 'yes' but I can't help to think how painful it would be if pati sila ay hindi maniniwala sa'kin.
"H-Han," mukhang nagulat si Bench sa tanong ko
Si Wawa at Claui naman ay mukhang galit. Sa tanong ko ba o sa akin?
"Halika nga! Gaga ka, bakit naman kami maniniwala roon?" hinigit ako ni Claui at binalot ng mainit na yakap
Pumikit ako at ginantihan ng mas mahigpit na yakap si Claui.
"Ano? Kayo-kayo nalang?"
Pareho kaming natawa nang marinig si Wawa. My tears pooled so fast when I felt Wawa and Bench hugging me too. I cannot believe I can be happy and hurt at the same time. Their hug was so heartwarming. It was like a reminder of what really matters. It's them. Their opinion of me. Not the opinion of anyone else.
Umalis kami sa studio at dumiretso sa bahay nina Claui. Marami raw kaseng paparazzi sa Saldivar towers. May media ring nag-aabang.
"Uminom ka muna," Bench handed me a glass of cold water
We're now in the living room. My tears stopped falling already and I'm kind of feeling better.
"Thank you,"
"Okay ka lang ba, Han? You can sleep-"
"I'm fine Claui."
"Are you sure?" Wawa asked
"Yeah. I'm overwhelmed and hurt kaya ganito..."
"Ano ba kaseng-"
"Huwag muna nating pag-usapan ngayon, Clau." saway ni Bench
