Chapter 6; Apex attack

we see brutton the sinoceratops and slash the therizenosaurus walk around in the canyon. They here sounds of predators as they walk.

slash; " brutton im scared "

brutton; " yeah ok lets head back"

suddenly the female tyranosaurus knocks the therizenosaurus to the ground biteing its throat. 

brutton; " slash! "

he runs to his comerade before the male tyranosaurus knocks him to the ground roaring. Before he can get up the rex bites him in the throat and knocks him to the cavern. The sinoceratops slams its frill into the rexs face. Knocking it back before nearly ramming it to ground. The rex bites the sinos neck preparing to kill it before the therizenosaurus runs past them and knocks the male back. Brutton runs away as the male bites onto slashes throat killing him. The female briefly looks at brutton fleeing and then back at the carcass and decides to eat it.

meanwhile we see the herd gathered around squabbling over the water. When suddenly brutton runs to kron.

kron; " what happened? where is slash? "

brutton; " tyranosaurus attack. They got him and nearly killed me "

kron; " you led the rexs straight to us! i can go the rest of the joureny by myself. Your demoted "

brutton; " please its not my fault! i had nowhere else to go! "

eema; " looks like your one of us brutton. "

we see the herd leaves the abandoaned watering hole and we see the two tyranosaurus show up and see what remains of the water and they drink from it. The male sniffs the air and continues following the footprints.
