chapter 8; tension rises

we start off with the herd continueing their joureny we see aladar stepping away from the herd and calling for his mother. Suddenly neera looks behind her despite the fact he isnt their and see's some gigantoraptors surounding some baby saurolophus. We get a close up of ones perspective and see one roar. She looks at them and then at aladar.

neera; " their isnt enought time "

she runs to the head gigantoraptor biteing his neck. She gets thrown to the ground and he stomps his foot down on her she dogdes and bites his ankle tripping him up and knocking him to the ground. The velociraptor roars on her unconcious foe.

neera; " you boys want to go? "

the raptors aproach her she runs to one but he bites her by the neck and lifts her up. She scratches its face and lands to the ground before another gigantoraptor kicks her to a rock. They begin to suround her when all of a sudden kron comes in and starts wrecking the gigantoraptors. He slams his foot down on ones tail as it tries to run away from him so it rips off the gigantoraptors body.

neera; " kron tha- "

kron; " What were you thinking!!! "

neera; " they needed help "

kron; " its that outsider isnt it? he has gotten to you "

neera; " maybe he has but i have learned much from him. He is a suportive friend and even if you kill him now his impact on me would only grow stronger "

kron; " what have you become? "

he walks away in a huff.
