Chapter 21

~~~~Flames Pov~~~~

As we had walked in the resptionist seemed horrfied at the sight. I don't know if she was more scared by the sight of all the blood or the aggressive stare down I gave her.

Colby placed me into a chair just as the principal came out. She looked disgusted at the sight, calling me and zoey into the office alone.

"Girls, what on earth happened to you both?" She asked, her voice raspy and tried. I took one glance at Zoey and already tears were streaming down her face. I knew she was about to make up a terrible story.

"It was Colby Mrs! He hit me across the face as we were walking down to your office. Flame stepped in to help me but he hit her and then slammed us both into the ground. It's awful Mrs, he really hurt all of us." She grabbed my hand trying to sell the act.

"Flame? Is this true?" the principal asked me. I was like a tea pot and boy my ears were whistling.

"Fuck no. She posted some bogus rumour on Twitter that Colby was abusing me. We confronted her about it cos that shit just isn't true. She was laughing and saying how no one would believe us then shoved me, so I punched her in the face." I looked at zoey as she glared back at me.

"Flame watch your tone with me. I'm going to speak with the others and find out what really happened." and just like that, one by one our friends were asked and they all said my version was true. Zoey, Jake, Emily and myself were taken to hospital to be checked over for concussions. Zoey had her head glued back together and I ended up with a couple stitches.

Totally worth it. We were sent back home and later that day our fight was posted all over socials.

"Colby can you stop reading them?" I asked, he'd been reading all his dms about the fight.

"Baby, everyone loves you. You're literally a super star in their eyes." I rolled my eyes at him. I get it, I was amazing in that fight but he didn't need to tell me ever five minutes.

Finally getting him to come back to bed I slept soundly through the night. Got up for school the next morning and walked in with all my friends.

The entire school was staring at us.

"Flame! Did you hear? Zoey got a permanent expulsion!"

She did...

(hello its been a hot minute and sorry this chapter is so short. I've had a lot going on and found other stories to write. I'll keep updating this here and there but for now I'm gonna say updates will be monthly, maybe bimonthly. Depends on how I feel. Anyways hope you enjoy what you have so far.
