Chapter 18

It was Friday night, I'd gotten into a beautiful navy blue dress. I had black platform heals on and skin colour tights. Zoe curled my hair and Emily did my makeup.
"I can't believe your going on a date with Colby!" Zoe giggled as she did a last minute touch up to my hair.
"Babe, she's dating the lad. Of course they're going on a date." Emily smiled as she finished my makeup.
"Thanks for the help girls! I really do look amazing because of you." I gave them both a hug. They walked me down the stairs to where colby was waiting. He was in a black button up shirt, black ripped jeans and black hightops.
"You look amazing babe," Colby smiled grabbing my hand. I couldn't help but blush.
"I can say the same about you, boo." he smirked at me.
"Well, Love shall we set off?" his was gonna go on all night.
"Of course, Darling"

We drove out to a lake side café. It was beautiful, he walked me over to one of the outdoor tables. We were right on the waters edge.
"Colby... This is beautiful." He smiled back at me softly. He had love in his eyes as he walked me over to a table.
"This place looks alot like you... Stunning." He smiled putting his hand on mine.
"Let's order then babe?"

After food

"Honestly colby this is... Amazing" I smiled and grabbed onto his arm as we went for a walk around the lake.
"I do try" he smerked. I tapped him on the arm.
"You're pushing your luck babe" I looked at him playfully. I had his phone and keys in my bag so he didn't lose them. "Hey babe?" I looked up at him.
"Yeah?" he asked with a smile.
"Can u swim?" I asked clinging onto him a little tighter.
"Of course why?" He looked at the devilish look in my eyes. He knew what was gonna happen.
"I thought you could use a swim!" I let go of his arm and tried to push him I to the water. The key word there is tried. I failed... Hard.
"You'll have to try harder to get me in" He smirked. I stood still took off my heals.
"Really?" I smerked at him this time. I kicked him in the stumach so he curled and pushed him into the lake.
"LITTLE RUDE DONT YOU THINK?!" He shouted when his head bobbed up. I just laughed. He reached out for my hand to help him out so I offered it him and he pulled me in.
"I actually hate you" I pouted heals still in my hands.
"Awww you know you love me" he smiled pulling my chin to face him. Gently pressing his lips against mine as we tried to stay afloat.

"HEY GET OUT OF THE WATER!" One of the workers shouted as he let me go. We rushed to get out of the water, laughing the whole time. We ran faster then the wind, laughing the whole way back to the car.
"You are seriously gonna get me arrested Flame." He smirked sitting in the car. I got in the other side of the of the car and smirked at him. We got back home and his mom was waiting.

"Well did you two have fun? You're a little... Wet" She giggled under her breath. I giggled too but Colby got embarrassed.
"We're going now!" He grabbed my wrist and dragged me upstairs.
