Countdown Part 2

Next Day

Trey POV

So after Lyric pretty much put me in a countdown to so her how much I really love her to get her back. I've been doing the impossible. I send her flowers everyday. I pick Trin up from school everyday. I watch after the kids for her when she works at night. Things I should have been doing since the day we got married. She has slowly been letting me back in. When she comes and drops the kids off at my house she'll leave something personal things of her's in the room. I smile ever time I find something cause I know I'm getting my wife back.

Right now I'm at Dr. Jenn's office so I can have get this last appointment in for this month. I've been doing a lot better in opening up to her. About my problems. I just really need help on figuring out what to do for me and Lyric's date. I want it to be just me and her just intimate. I walk into the office and sat on the couch.

Dr. Jenn: So Tremaine we have been making good progress with you lately. So why are you here today.

Trey: Lyric has pretty much given me till Valentines Day to make her change her mind. I don't want to mess our date up so I want it to be perfect.

Dr. Jenn: To me Lyric seems like a private girl. She keeps everything in. So maybe try to do something small but that will wow her.

Trey: With Lyric it's complicated.

Dr. Jenn: Well what's the best date she's done for you.

I thought about it and started laughing. I know exactly what to do.

Lyric's pov

I was in the kitchen making dinner and I heard something break.

Aria: TJ nooooooo

Tj: Oooooooo Aria

I slam my knife down on the counter. I walk into the living room. I swear how much can a four year old break. I walk into the living room and saw my favorite vase broken on the floor. My grandma gave me that.

Lyric: Go sit in the corner. I said calmly trying not to cry without yelling and scaring them.

Tj: Momma i Swrry.

Lyric: Go sit in the corner Tj and Aria. They walk over to the corner and sat down. Aria started crying. I walk back into the kitchen and started cooking again. Till I heard a knock on my door. I walk to the door and Trey and Trinity in his hip.

Trinity: Mommy.

Lyric: Hi baby. I said taking her out of Trey's arms and put her in mine's.

Trey: Hey Lyric. He said to me with a smilie. When he saw the twins his smile faded.

Trey: What happen with the twins.

Aria: Daddy. She said running up and so did Tj.

Lyric: They broke my vase. Doing God knows what.

Tj: It wasn't my fault. Ari did it.

Aria: NO I DIDN'T. she yelled and started to cry some more. Trey pop her butt and she stop crying.

Trey: Don't yell at your brother.

Trey told them to say sorry and they did. They went into their room and watch tv. Why can't they just get along.

Hours later

Trey pov

After I got the twins to settle down and say sorry. They finally fell asleep. Now I can talk to Lyric about tomorrow. I walk into the kitchen and Lyric leaned over the counter drinking a glass of wine. She only does that if she's depressed. Did I do something?

Trey: What's wrong? I said standing next to her.

Lyric: Nothing, I'm just tired.

Trey: Why don't you go out and pamper yourself and I can watch the kids.

Lyric: No Trey that's okay. I'm fine. She said looking me in my eyes.

Trey: Ok but that hair looking like a birds nest. She glared at me then she push me lightly.

Lyric: Fine but you gonna give me the money for it.

Trey: You gotta give me them lips.

Lyric: Hell no I'll pay with my own damn money then.

My mouth was open wide as hell. Did she really just say that. She busted out laughing while walking to put her shoes on and getting her purse. That's not funny at all. That hurt my feelings.

Lyric: Okay I'm leaving. She said coming back out her room. Wearing black leggings and a crop top with some sneakers. Her hair was up in a messy ponytail. She had her purse on her shoulder. She walk to the door and grab her keys of the table.

Trey: Here take this. I said giving her two hindered dollars.

Lyric: I said I can pay for it Tremaine.

Trey: I insist. I said putting it in in her purse pocket.

Lyric: Thank you. She leaned in and peck my cheek. I smile like a little kid who just got some candy. She ran out the apartment. I shut the door and lock it.

Lyric POV

After I got my hair done. I went to the mall to get me a new dress for tomorrow. Since its Valentine's Day I might as well get a pink dress. I walk into Charlotte Russe. I look around till I found this pink dress. (In MM) I fell in love with it. I went to the dressing room and tried it on. It for like a glove. I walk out and found these silver shoes. I paid for by things and walk out. I walk to my car got in and drove home.

Home

I walk into my apartment and it was filled with laughter. I stood in the living watching Trey interact with the kids. He was throwing them in the air and chasing them around. Why couldn't he do that when we weren't fighting. It look like us spending a months apart did teach him a lesson. I guess I should go with my gut more often.

TJ: MOMMY HELP ME. He said screaming. The kids tried to attack Trey. I joined in. I love my family.
