Chapter 2

Y/n POV
I woke up a bit distressed. I knew that Mia and Zach would be a bit scared about what happen yesterday. I'll give them the day off. I got up and got dressed. I walked to the storage closet and grabbed the cleaning supplies.

Something about cleaning seems fun to me. Maybe I'm just weird

I finished and went to find Mia and Zach. I saw them in the kitchen. Zach was cooking and I saw a plate of sweets. My eyes immediately filled with delight. I walked over and grabbed one of the savory treats. Mia and Zach looked at me and laughed.

"Hey it's not my fault these taste amazing" I said swallowing the sweet.

"Hey by the way I'm giving you guys the day off" they looked at me confused. " is it because of yesterday?" Mia spoke softly. " yea, it's just that they might come back again so I don't want you guys getting captured again" i spoke looking outside.

"But I'm going to do a perimeter scout just in case" Zach shot his head up. "What? No your not going without us" he said looking at me. "I can't risk you guys getting caught. I'm not sure what they will do" I looked down.

"We're coming with you and that final. You can't fight them all off at once" I knew that there was no convincing them. I sighed "fine just follow my orders and try to be quiet" I said sternly. They smiled and we sat down to eat.

Y/n pov
I grabbed my gear and gilder. I checked them both to make sure that they weren't broken. I made my way out of the house and them waiting for me. "Let's go. If you spot anyone inform me immediately. They took off in the formation I told them.

I glided through the woods. I made the gear so that they were quiet and they had a spare wire just in case. As I was going from tree to tree. I heard some muffled voices below me.

That reminds me where are Mia and Zach I haven't seen them.

I looked down and my question was answered. I saw them both tied up and there gear was off.

Great.... best squad am I right

I saw the girl with glasses, mustache, eyebrows, and the raven guy looking at the gear. As if they never seen anything like it. They had some of there own. I don't see why our gear is interesting.

I stayed silent as I scanned the area. There was a plan forming in my head.

I watched the raven-haired guy say something to Zach and Mia. They looked away and refused to speak to him. I saw him raise his leg and kick Zach across the face.

I clenched my teeth as I saw him hurt my friends. My plan wasn't fool proof but I had to try something. Pulling my hood down I jumped off the tree and went down. I kicked the man out of the way and pulled out my sword. He groaned in pain on the floor. I cut them free in one motion. Then I heard steps coming towards me. I stood protectively in front of them. I wasn't going to let them hurt either of them.

They rushed towards us and we knocked them out on by one. I had not intention of hurting these people, neither did the other two. Ok maybe I broke a few bones. I watched as the three men who followed me yesterday came up.

I saw eyebrows give a silent command to the other two. I saw each of them come towards one of us. Mia fought mustache, Zach had eyebrows, and I had mister poker face.

He lunged at me aiming at my weak spot. I dodged and stepped back. I went forward grabbing his arm. I got a good hit to his face and went back. I took a glance around and saw my friends being tied up. This person was a good fighter and was persistent. I wasn't going to back down. So far he landed one hit on me. I took another hit at him hearing a crack. Sorry. He was tired and I could see it.

Hey where are the other two. Before I could react I was pinned to the ground. I groaned as they put a tight grip on me. I struggled against there grip fighting to get out. They loosened the grip when the raven guy helped them. The girl with glasses came over and tied me. They placed me with Mia and Zach.

The eyebrows guy walked up to us. "Who are you guys?" I looked at Zach and Mia nodding to them to respond. If we corporate they probably won't hurt us. "I'm Amelia" she said in a meek voice. "I'm Zach" then eyebrows looked at me with anticipation. "And you are sir or ma'am"

I shook off my hood and spoke up "I'm y/n l/n and it's ma'am" I noticed the surprised looks they gave me. "Great we answered your questions now you answer some of mine" I said looking at him. He nodded. "Why is it you decided to capture. We didn't attack you or provoke you in anyway" I asked curiously. "Well we came here on our last expedition and we captured to abnormal titans. Then a person came and cut them free. I assumed you were those people." I looked at him not changing my face.

Great there on to us. What excuse can I make.

"A person cutting free a couple of titans. Is that so?" I said not showing any fear. "Sorry but I haven't seen anything of the likes around these parts. If there was two abnormal titans I would've seen them." Hoping they by my story.

"But aren't you guys the only ones who live in the woods" he said raising and eyebrow. "That may be true, but there odd people who come here. They use gears like yours. I don't pay much attention unless there a threat." He glared at me. I think he was hoping to break me. He stopped and probably assumed I was telling the truth.

"Fine, I have one more question. How would you like to join the scouts regiment?" I was a bit taken back.

Scouts regiment?

I looked at Mia and Zach. "I'll trust your judgement. If you want to we will follow you" they smiled and I sat there looking at the ground. I finally looked up and gave him my decision.

"Fine we will join the scouts" he smiled and motioned for us to be cut free.

I stood up and turned to my friends. They hugged me almost making me fall.

"Awww there so cute" I heard a voice behind me.

The girl with glasses walked up to me. "Hello my name is Hanji Zoe" she said with a big smile. While shaking my hand. "Let me introduce you everyone" The person you were just talking to is Commander Erwin Smith" he pointed at him, he nodded.

"The one who fought your friend Zack is Mike Zacharias" he walked up to us and sniffed me. "Don't worry he does that to everyone" I nodded.

"And...um... oh yea then there's shorty" she pointed at the raven guy who glared at us. "His name is Corporal Levi Ackerman" Levi ok

Ok so I'm familiar with there names now. I as if someone was staring intently at me. I shivered and turned around. I saw Levi looking at me with a hate full glare.

Hehe ok that weird, and scary. Is there something on me, why is he staring at me. Did I do something?
