Chapter 3

Y/n POV
"Hey um... Commander Erwin?" I walked up to Erwin. "Oh hello y/n what is it you need" he asked. "Can me and my friends get our stuff?" I asked I needed to get some of my notes n stuff. "Yes we will accompany you and your friends" I nodded.

We arrived at the house we had lived in. It started as a run down building but we manage to rebuild it. Though we made it look as if it was abandoned. "Well here we are." Walking to the front.

"Tch this place looks filthy" I heard a dark voice behind me.

"You look filthy" I mumbled under my breath.

"Hey what did you say" he walked up to me. "Nothing I said you look very clean" trying to play it off. I smiled nervously. He just walked off after that.

I heard someone screaming. " AHH TITAN!" ahh shit

Dammit I forgot that I left my titan outside. I was experimenting this morning on him. I can't exactly say 'hey don't worry this titan is my friend. He won't hurt you even though he's not chained' yea they will take that lightly. I remember I ordered Fred. Yes his name is Fred it's a lovely name. I had ordered him not to eat anyone.

So he sort of just looked at the soldiers as they panicked. They quickly realized that it didn't attack, and it was in our area.

So many excuses I have to make up

"Miss y/n why is this titan here, and why isn't it attacking us?" Erwin walked up to me pointing at the titan. "Well you see Commander Erwin. That titans name is Fred and I'm doing experiments" I said calmly. Hoping he doesn't ask why he hasn't eat anyone. "Then why hasn't he ea-" he was cut off by hange running up to me.

"Y/N YOU EXPERIMENT ON TITANS TOO" she grabbed me. "Yea since....since they are fascinating creatures" hoping my answer was ok. "Hey guys I found my new best friend" she said hugging. I was trying to pat her since I couldn't breath. Then I was pulled away by Mia.

"Hey she's our friend" she said as she held me protectively. "Hey she can be both our friends" as she wrapped her arm around my shoulder. Mia gave her a glare and huffed. "Anyways what do we do about Fred?"

"We kill it" Levi spoke up

What? No he was my number one project. Before I could say anything he had killed Fred. I watched as he fell and dissolved. Hange patted my shoulder. "Hey it's ok. I know he meant a lot to you" I sighed and walked off. "It's fine I can get another one"

I packed my stuff and said goodbye to my room. I looked at the house I spent my life in. "Bye" was the last thing I said as I got on the horse.

Time skip
Y/n POV
We had made it to the scouts regiments place. I put my horse in one of the stables. Then Hange grabbed me and pulled me inside. "I want to introduce you to everyone else". There's more people I have to meet?

"Ok so there Petra,Oluo, Moblit, Gunther, and Eld" there's too many people. I don't like this.

"Hello I'm y/n, this lady here is Amelia, and this other one is Zach." I introduced us. The girl named Petra walked up to me. "Hello it's so nice to meet you." She smiled brightly.

I nodded and smiled at her. "Hey Hange where will I be sleeping?" I turned to her. "Oh you guys follow me. Since your new you will be with the 104th cadets." We followed her to the bunks. "Ok this one is girls and I'll show you the guys." Me and Mia walked in. Zach followed Hange to the male bunks. I picked out a bed and layer my things down.

Then a girl walked in, she had a red scarf and looked like Corporal Levi. "Oh you must be the new recruits" she looked at me and Mia. "Yes my name is Y/n and this is Amelia" I gestured to her.
