Chapter 11

A knock echoed through the quiet house.
"I'll get it" alerts Hilary.
She gets up and walks to the door opening it and appears Ross.
"Is Laura in there?"
"Right here" I say ask I walk over to them.
"Thanks for letting me stay here for a bit Hilary, I'll see you later" I say and walk out with Ross, getting onto his motorcycle. He gets on and I get on after, I put on my helmet and wrap my arms around Ross, I could feel his 6 pack through his thin shirt. Ross starts riding to the house.

I walk in the house putting Ross's helmet on the counter grabbing a glass of orange juice. Ross walks in the kitchen seconds later.
"Can we talk?"
"What's there to talk about? All you really have to do is protect me, you know, do your job" I say with some sass.
"I didn't mean it like that"
"It sounded like you did"
"Well I didn't mean to. I just don't want anything to happen to you"
"For you actually caring or your job?"
"I care about you Laura. Even if this was a job or not, I'd still care for you, no matter what"
I can't believe he's playing that card. It's making it hard for me to stay mad at him! Stop him!
"Well whatever"
I walk up some steps but Ross pulls me back. I turn my head to him.
"I'm sorry Laura, I really am"
"Cool"
I yank my arm from his grasps and go upstairs to my room shutting it after. I just need to think right now and I know exactly who to help me think with.

Hilary walks in my room.
"Came here as soon as I got your text" she informs me, as she sits on my bed.
"Thanks for coming"
"What do you want to talk about?"
"I just don't know my feelings with Ross, I think I need help"
"Do you still have that feeling in your stomach?"
I nod. "And whenever he's around me or something, I feel something weird in my stomach, not a bad thing like me seeing Ross with those girls, but a good thing. When I wrapped my arms around him, It felt.... nice" I smile.
"I think you're finally over Greg"
"Please, I was over Greg a long time ago"
"True but at least you're finally interested in guys again. I thought you were gonna tell me that you were gay"
I laugh. "Oh my god Hilary"
She laughs too but calms it down.
"I think you should tell Ross how you feel about him"
"Really?"
She nods. "Yeah, maybe it'll change your life"
"How?"
"You'll date, fall in love, get married, have children and live happily ever after!" she squeals.
"Woah there girl. I just finally realized that I like Ross, we're not gonna get to that stage for a while"
"Alright but tell me how he is"
"Gross Hil!"
I'm horrified as she just laughs.
"Kidding!" she laughs.
We just started talking about other things and all that till Hilary had to leave.

1:00am and still no shut eye for me. Ugh, why won't my body let me sleep? I get out of bed and walk downstairs putting a movie in cuddling up to my blanket. All of a sudden, weight falls to the side of me. There was Ross, sitting next to me grabbing some blanket and covering himself.
"Hey Laur, can I join?"
I didn't speak. He sighs.
"I'm sorry Laura. I don't know how else to tell you"
"I-It's not that"
"So you forgive me?"
Should I tell him now?
"Laura?"
I couldn't focus what he was syaing right now. All on my mind, was me debating if I should tell him or just keep it inside of me forever. I know me and I know that I won't be telling him how I truly feel anytime soon. I sigh, here it comes.
"Lau--"
"Ross, I know you'll probably think I'm weird and all but just hear me out. Day 1, yeah I found you a complete and annoying stranger, but I still gave you a chance. You've been a really good friend to me this week and..... I developed some feelings for you. I didn't know what it was at first but after those weird feelings in my stomach, I finally realized that I had feelings for you. I've never felt that way for anyone else but Greg, but now, I have those exact feelings for you" I confess my heart out to him.
He didn't say anything for a bit but then started to speak.
"Why didn't you tell me this?" he ask.
"I was just scared"
"Do you know how long I've been waiting for that?"
"Huh?" I was confused. "Why didn't you make the first move?"
"I wanted to but I thought you weren't ready for a relationship yet so I decided to keep it for myself"
"Do you know how hard it is to keep my hands off of you? I mean, look at you" he says making me blush.
We looked into each others eyes and smash our lips together. I could feel the passion and lust through this kiss. It was sweet yet rough. It soon started to get heated, Ross lied me down on the couch still kissing me as he was on top. I run my hands through his soft blonde hair as he tugs the bottom of my baggy tank top. I think you and I know what comes after.
