Unquestionable love

Chapter 30

Today was the day that I would get my answers. I was meeting Jacob. Daddy said he had the answers to my all my questions and I'm planning to get them.
"Ross!" I shout through the whole apartment.
"What?!" He calls back.
"I'm leaving to see Jacob" I say putting my shoes on and look through my purse double checking i have everything. As I do I feel Ross's strong chiseled very featured biceps.
"Are you sure you don't want me to go?" He ask me.
"I'm sure, besides its just between me, Jacob and..." I pause. "Daddy" I sigh.
"I'm in your life to, we're all in this together" he says.
I laugh and start singing "we're all in this together" by HSM. Man I love that movie. Ross laughs shaking his head.
"I need to go now, Ross" i remind him as he still keeps his arms wrapped around me.
Ross kisses the back of my neck making me feel pleasure.
"Ross, we can't" I muffle through the moans.
"I have to go now" I add.
I hear ross sigh and pull away from me.
"Fine but I'll get that neck of yours when you get back" he warns me making me smile.
"Fine" I say and kiss his cheek before walking out of the doors.

I pull over to the curb close by the building where Jacob is. I step out of my car and walk into the building.
"Excuse me?" I say to the front desk lady.
"Ah Laura. Haven't seen you in a while" says the front desk lady.
I smile not knowing a single clue on who she is.
"Yes, do you know where Jacob is?" I ask.
"Let me take a quick looksie" she informs me as she looks through her computer.
"Yes. He's in his office, on the 7th floor. Just keep going till you see a door with his name on it" she instructs me.
I nod and head to the elevator. I couldn't wait for Jacob to answer all my questions.
I feel the elevator move upwards, getting closer to Jacob.
I get to the 7th floor and walk down the corridor till I spotted Jacob's office.
I knock before getting welcomed to walk in. I walk in the office and see Jacob in his fitted black suit standing at his table with an envelope in his hands.
"You've grown so much the last time I saw you" Jacob mentions with a smile on his face.
"I know right" I agree.
I walk over to him and give him s big hug.
"I'm so sorry for your loss" he tells me as he kisses the top of my head.
"Thanks jake" I sigh.
We pull away and get this meeting started.
"In my hands are your father's will and a very important letter for you" he informs me.
"I haven't opened it yet but your dad told me in advance before he..... you know" he trails off.
I nod taking a deep breathe. It's hard to accept that my dad is no longer in this world with me. I miss him so dear much.
"C-Can we open it now?" I ask him.
He nods in agreement and hands it to me.
"You can open it here or later at your house" he suggest to me.
"Will this answer all of my questions?" I ask Jacob in advance.
"Well your dad did say that it'll answer your questions so I'm thinking it will" he confesses.
I nod and say goodbye to Jacob before walking out.
