Cormac's POV:
I walk into an on call room confused. What did I do to Meredith? Is our relationship over? I lay down on the bottom bunk and think of everything Meredith and I used to do the cuddles, conversations, that one time we stood in the middle of the room and Meredith just hugged me, lunch, talking about our first's. I started to think of Boston. Our dream house, the baby, and how my boys love her so much, the pictures Liam took of us. Meredith is everything to me I can't loose her not now not ever. I want to marry her, I want her baby, and a want our house. I need to go apologize. I get up and leave the room walking to Meredith's room. Her room is empty it's just Addison putting the ultrasound away. "Where'd she go?" I ask walking in. "We're preping her." She replies I nod. "Hey, don't kill her." I say. Addison laughs, he laugh sends shivers down my spine. I turn around and take a few steps closer to her. "What's funny?" I ask. "I'm not going to kill her. I'm not even taking her uterus." She replies. "Good. She wants a baby." I say Addison nods. "So uh what's your story?" I question. "I don't have a story. Okay well I do I mean I have a long story." She replies I nod. "What's your story?" She returns my question. "Same as you." I respond.

I was watching her wipe everything down to sanitize it. She was gorgeous. She looks like she has the perfect life, husband, kids, nice house, nice job. "So uh.." she says as she sees my starting at her. "Mer... she's just a friend?" She asks. I laugh. "I said good friend." I respond. "Okay... so she's just a good friend then?"
"N-no. Well I mean yes but she's more than that." I reply. Addison nods. "I have to go.. you know make her live." She says I laugh. "Please do."

Addison's POV:
I get to the OR where Meredith is laying on the table still awake. "Ready?" I ask. "No. No I need to talk to doctor Hayes. Someone page Cormac." She says. I smile and nod "I'll get him." I reply she smiles. Cormac walks in after a few minutes "what's up?" He asks. I nod towards Meredith "she wants you. You can hold her hand if you want, just don't get in my way." I say. He doesn't respond he just walks in to the OR. "Hey cutie." He says approaching Meredith. "Hi." She responds

Meredith's POV:
I asked for Cormac because he's the only one who can calm me down right now. "Hi." I say as he walks over to me. "What's wrong?" He asks sitting in a seat next to me. "I'm scared." I reply as a tear rolls down my face. He wipes it away. "I know." He responds. "It will be okay, Addie is gonna make it okay." Cormac continues as he pushes my hair back. "I love you." He whispers before leaning down kissing my head. "I'm gonna sit with you and hold your hand." He continues I smile. "I love you too, thank you." I respond, as they put the gas on my face. Cormac keeps pushing my hair back as I fall asleep.

Cormac's POV:
A tear rolls down my face as Meredith falls asleep and Addison walks in. "We ready?" Addison asks. I nod. "K." She says softly. Bailey walks in and see that I'm upset. "She's going to be okay." Bailey says. "Stay out of my way Cormac." Addison says I nod.

"Uh she's pregnant." Addison says as she cuts into her uterus I sit up confused and excited. "What?" I ask. Addison doesn't answer but looks at Bailey. Bailey looks at me and then back at Addison who is shaking her head no. "I sit back in my chair starting to bounce my leg from being nervous. "We can't." Addison says. I look up "no you have to!" I say. "She shakes her head "Cormac I'm trying but I don't think I'll be able to save the babies if I also take out the tumor and if I don't take the tumor the babies won't have room to grow." She says. "Babies? Like two?" I ask. She nods. "Come here." Addison says motioning for me to come stand next to her. "I don't have a mask or gown or anything." I reply. Bokhee walks over holding a gown out for me to put my arms into. I put it on as well as gloves and Bokhee ties a mask on me. "Right there. That's your baby... or babies." She says pointing at two alien looking things. "Oh my god." I say. She laughs a little. "If you can't save them don't tell her. She'll never be able to let herself be happy." I say looking at the babies in her stomach, literally. "Ok. Here go scrub and you can help if you want." Addison says. "No! You can't work on family." Bailey says I look at her with a straight face "then leave. You're like her mom." I reply. "Hayes!" Bailey says as I walk into the scrub room.

Meredith's POV:
I open my eyes but I'm not fully awake. "Hi." Cormac says super soft. I smile as he leans towards me kissing my cheek. "How are you feeling?" He asks. My throat was extremely dry so it was hard to talk "tired" I say. He put his hand on my forehead moving it back to push my hair out of my face. "Hmm" he says. "Did you stay with me the whole time?" I ask. He smiles "Mhm, I told you I was going to." He replies. "I love you." I respond. "I love you too."  He says as Addison walks in. "Hey, how are we doing." She asks. "I'm tired and thirsty." I say she smiles and nods. "Okay well that's a good sign." She says. "How did it go?" I ask "and can I have some water or something please." I continue she nods. "Yes you can have some water, I'm going to go grab you some."
