My First and Last | Lee Jeno

Chapter 2;

"Okay! Great job thank you very much. So class blah blah blah" that was all that I could hear, but that's not really what she said since I laid my head on the desk again.

Out of nowhere... a paper was passed to me. It said, "Y/n... are you okay?" I smiled at the paper. It was from Jeno. "Yep. I'm fine." I wrote on the paper and passed it back. The paper was passed back to me and it said, "Are you sure? I'm pretty worried." I looked to my left to see Jeno looking really worried. I tapped his knee twice signalling that I'm okay. He left a relieved sigh and went back to focus. I was about remove my hand from his knee, but he held my hand making it stay there. I chuckled st his action and laid my head down on my table again.

Dismissal

I walked out of the school's gate and was about to walk towards the other side of the road, when someone pulled me. In a split second, I was already being hugged by some guy. I saw the name tag and it said Lee Jeno. I looked up to see the face and it was Jeno looking worriedly at me. "Oh... it's you." I said. "You were almost hit by a car! Why didn't you watch where you were going??!" He yelled at me. I was kinda scared, but I knew that he cared. I just looked down and realised that he was still holding me. I got out of the hug and said sorry. I was about to walk away, but he pulled my wrist again and made me face him. "Why?" I asked confused. "Look... I'm sorry I yelled at you. I didn't mean to. I was just so worried about you. What if you got hit by a car?" He said. "I know... it's okay." I told him. He smiled and hugged me. "Uh... Jeno... why are you hugging me?" I asked awkwardly. "I just want to." He said. "Well... people are staring and might think that something's going on between you and me even though there's nothing. I gotta go for my checkup." I said as I tried to escape his grasp. "Oh... right. Let's go." He said as he let go of me and followed me to the hospital.

I went inside as he followed behind. I was greeted by a nurse. I looked at the name tag. "Oh... Jin-a. I wasn't able to schedule a checkup 'cause I was in school earlier." I said as she nodded. "It's okay. He doesn't have a patient in right now. I'll go tell him that you're here." She said as she left her desk and went to his office.

"Okay! You guys can go inside. He's there." She said with a warm smile as we thanked her and walked to his office.

"Hi Y/n! I was wondering why you suddenly went here for a checkup. You seemed to be fine last month. Oh... hi. I'm Dr. Min. You are?" He asks Jeno. "I'm Jeno, her friend." He said with a smile. Not quite similar to his smile to me earlier. "Okay, so Y/n... what seems to be the problem?" He asks me.

"I can see his face." I said as I pointed at Jeno. "What? How'd that happen?" He asks me and I just shrugged. "Describe what he looks like." He said. "Well... light and fair skin, sometimes has an eye smile. Well... for simpler terms he's handsome?" I said. "Oh wow... you can see his face. How about let's do a CT scan?" He asks and I nodded. He led the way with Jeno following from behind. "You okay?" I asked while turning to look at him as we were walking. "Yep." He said with his eye smile as his hands snaked around my shoulder. We continued walking and I got my CT scan.

"Your condition is still the same, but I don't get how you're able to see him. I'll try to figure it out and contact you. You may go for now." He said as we thanked him and went outside. I took my card and paid. After that, I decided to buy coffee for him as a thank you for coming with me.

"You really didn't have to you know." He said. "This is a thank you for coming with me today. You know, I actually used to go there all alone." I said. "Well starting today, you can tell me when you need company. I'll be right here." He said with his eye smile. "You know... you have a beautiful smile." I said. "You know... you have a beautiful face." He said. "Stop. Lying." I said. "I'm not lying!" He said as he messed my hair up. I looked to my right and suddenly 4 members walking towards us... oh... they might be Jeno's friends. "Jeno! I thought you guys went to the clinic for her checkup?" One of them said. "Well yes, but her checkup was pretty fast. Which is why we're here drinking coffee and chatting." Jeno said. "Oh... okay. We're going to go play at the arcade. Wanna come?" They asked him. "Nah... I'll stay here with Y/n." Jeno said. "Why don't the both of you just come with us... if it's alright." One of them said. "Sure. I'm in." I said. Jeno nodded as we walked with them to the arcade.

Once we got to the arcade, I just followed them since I wasn't really in the mood to play some games. I just cheered them on and made sure not to get lost. It was pretty boring to just watch them play, but it's either that or they're going to think that I'm a bad person.

Out of nowhere, someone taps my shoulder... Jeno. "Bored huh?" He asked "Kinda... not that much though. You should go back and play with them." I said. "How about we go to the ball pit?" He asked. He seemed like we wanted to go to, so I agreed. He told the members and we walked outside of the arcade.

Once we got there, we were instructed to remove our shoes. I just slowly drowned myself in it while he literally jumped into it. Suddenly, I can feel something pull my hair. I looked up to see that a child was trying to drag me across the ball pit by pulling my hair. It hurts so bad. It feels like this child will rip my hair off. The child pulled on my hair until I couldn't handle it anymore. I accidentally yelled "STOP" at the kid which made her cry and I am now being scolded by this kid's mom.
