Chapter 19;

After talking some more... we all decided to go home rest. Especially In-na and Jooha, but I didn't go home yet because I wanted to hang out with Y/n a little bit more. I followed her to her hotel room.

We just watched some movies, ate food and chatted. It was really fun and I wanted to still stay with her, but sadly... I think have to go since she looks tired. "Y/n... you look tired. Do you want me to go now so that you can rest?" I asked her. "If you want to go back rest in your dorm you can go, but you can stay here too. I don't mind you being here." She said. "Then... can I just stay here?" I asked her with a pout. "Okay... come here." She said with a weak smile while opening her arms. I went closer to her and hugged her tight. "Wah~ you're a great charger." She said. "You are too... how about we take a nap?" I asked. "Okay... let's take a short nap." She said as we were fixing our positions to be comfortable sleeping since we were already laying on the bed.

After I guess 2 hours... I woke up. Tsk... I thought we were taking a short nap? She's still sleeping like a baby. I decided to go back to sleep.

I suddenly woke up... the sun is shining at my eyes, so I decided to turn to my right. I felt someone beside me. I opened my eyes and realized that this is not my room. Y/n... "Y/n... wake up." I said and she woke up. She realized the situation and panicked. "Don't scream. We've slept in the same bed before. Let's just get ready for work. I'll be leaving now okay? I'll see you at the company." I said as a stood up, gave her a peck on her forehead and walked out of her room. I put my mask and all then went back to the dorm to change.

Once I was inside... I was immediately seen by Renjun. "Where were you last night?" He said with one eyebrow up... he looks intimidating. "Well... I just slept in Y/n's room, but we weren't able to wake up last night." I said. Renjun may look cute, but trust me... he's intimidating. "Oh... okay. Come on... let's get ready and we have to talk about NCT 2020." He said. "Okay..." I said and went to get ready for work.

I finally made it to the company. I walked inside and said hi to the staff. "Oh... Y/n! NCT's manager is looking for you." Mi-gu said. He's Y/n's co-worker. "Oh okay. I'll go to her now." Y/n said and went to NCT's manager noona. NCT has a lot of managers. We have a manager for like the whole NCT and there are managers for each unit. I followed her and it lead to the practice room. I guess they're there. After she went inside... I went inside. "So we're going to have you three collaborate for NCT 2020. These are the songs and themes. You guys can also listen to those songs to get ideas, but those aren't the official recording." Our manager noona said. "Oh... manager noona... Y/n..." I said. "Oh... you already know Y/n?" Manager noona said. "Oh... Y/n is my girlfriend." Jeno said. "Oh... you guys look together." She said. "Thank you Manager noona." I said. "Do you need Y/n for something?" She asked. "Oh... not really... she's going to come with me anyway after you guys are done talking." I said. "Oh okay. We're done talking... so you guys can go." Manager noona said. We all nodded and went outside of the room. "Jeno-yah." One of the stylist noonas said. "Yes?" I asked. "Can I ask why you're dating Y/N? I heard her family is rich. Is that why?" The noona asked with a smirk. She looks disgusting. "Oh... that's not my reason." I said with a straight face. "Then what's your reason? Are you being threatened to date her?" She asked. "No. Why are you asking me these questions?" I asked. "Because she doesn't deserve you. You are perfect Jeno, and she is a total wreck. Look at her face... it's obviously plastic surgery. Look at her body... look at her hair... look at her clothes. I'm definitely more than a 100% better than her." She said as she smirked and rolled her eyes. "Well that's for you. I'll let you know that this beautiful face of hers is all natural unlike yours that looks like it's plastic surgery and is definitely ugly. Her body... what's wrong with her body? It's better than yours. You're slim, but you look like a twig. Her hair... her hair is shiny, smooth, long and it smells good. Look at her clothes... simple, classy, not revealing or flashy which I like and it obviously shows her sense of discipline. Unlike yours, it's definitely to show off and your flashy clothes that attract attention aren't beautiful. It's because it's unique, but it wrecks the eyes." I said. "What's going on here?" Manager noona asked while walking towards us. She probably heard the argument. "She badmouthed Y/n." I said. "What? No! It's the other way around eonni. Y/N was boasting about Jeno being her boyfriend." She said. "I don't think so..." Manager noona said. "It's true eonni." She said. "Let's check the CCTV camera. I'm sure it heard you." Manager noona said. "W-what?" She asked with panicked eyes. "Right up there at the corner... there's is a CCTV watching and listening to us." I said. "Okay fine." She said as she rolled her eyes. "You're coming with me... Y/n... and Jeno, you guys can go already." She said as I took Y/n's hand and walked away.
