I had to do something to get her attention. So, I called over George. "Stand under the basket." He looked very confused. "Kyrie, what are you doing." "Something to get the new chicks attention." Then I ran back towards half court. A group of players gathered around to watch. I ran towards George. The nervous look on his face was priceless. Then I leaped in the hair over George and dunked on the net. The group of boys yelled, "ohhhh!"

Aly's POV

I turn around to see what all the commotion was about. It looked like Kyrie might've hit a big shot or dunk or something. As I was staring at him he looked at me. Then our eyes met. I was blushing, but you couldn't tell because my face was red from working out.

It seemed like forever till everyone cleared away from the hoop he was at. Then I started to do difficult layups and shots. Finally, I went towards half court and got ready for a 360 layup. I ran towards the basket and did a turn then threw the ball into the hoop. He must've saw because when I turned around he was doing the same thing. It was like a competition to see who could take the better shot or drive the better layup.

1 hour later I was exhausted and shouted out, "Okay you win." Then I walked over towards the bleachers. I sat down and drank my water. Then he followed. "Not bad. Not bad at all." He said with a smile. "What do you mean?" "Your a great ball player." "Thanks your not to shabby yourself." I said with a wink. Then we both laughed. "We should hangout sometime." I was surprised when he said that. "I'd love that." I checked my phone and saw the time. I had to get to my next class. "I have to go to math now." Then I stood up and started to walk out. "Wait! I have math now to!" I was glad because I had no idea where I was going. "We can go together." He said running towards me. Then we both made our way towards Mrs. Hemings math class.

Kyrie'a POV

I really hope she knew where she was going cause I didn't. "Uh do you know where we are going?" I said hoping the answer would be yes. "No." She said with a little side smile. "At least we will be late together." Then I winked at her.

We finally found our way there. We were thankfully only five minutes late. We arrived and she walked towards the back. I figured Aly might've wanted me to follow her , so I did. She sat down and took out her laptop again. She seems really serious about school, I thought to myself.

In the middle of class she dropped her pen and I bent down go pick it up. She did to. Our hands met and she looked at me with this cute little smile. I picked it up and set it on her desk. Her face was bright red so, I just smiled at her.

"About time." I said as Mrs. Hemings dismissed the class. "This is going to be a long semester." Aly said looking stressed out. Then I kind of worked up the nerve to ask, "I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go get some lunch?" Then I scratched my head in hopes she would say yes. "I'd love to!" I was so glad she said yes. Then we both stood up and made our way out of the classroom.
