"I can't believe you are taking me to Hawaii!" Tears rolled down my face. "We are going there for a basketball tournament. Sadly I can't play but that leaves more time for us to spend together." I just smiled and stared at him. "Plus I couldn't stand going a full 2 weeks without seeing you."
Kyries POV
Suddenly a frightened look came on her face. "Baby, what's wrong!" She was speechless for a few minutes. "I can't go." She mumbled in depression. "What? Why?" "What about my team? They need me for or first 4 games." I clinged me teeth together thinking of a way we could work this out. Then it just hit me, "There are still tournament sign ups!" She looked at me with a smile on her face. "Then we are just going to get the team to sign up."
*4 hours later*
Alys POV
I was slipping into my high tops at the start of practice. "Hi everyone sorry I'm late." I commented while rushing into the court. "Alright guys lets start off with 5 laps." The team started running but I stayed behind. "Coach can I talk to you for a minute?" She sighed. "Sure but at the end of practice I expect to see you running." She demanded. "Alright. So there is this awesome tournament in Hawaii and I-" she stopped me before I could finish. "Hawaii?" She questioned while leaning towards me. "Yes, Hawaii and I was wondering if we could sign up for the tournament." The thought of Hawaii filled her brain and she dose off. "Coach!" I yelled while snapping my finger in her face. "Girls! We are going to Hawaii!" She screamed. The team stuck out a thumbs up while being out of breath. I jumped excitedly and had to tell ky ASAP.
After practice I ran over to my phone then realized I didn't run my laps yet. It took me about 4 minutes to run them. Before coach left she said, "Nice job today kid. Aloha!" I just smiled and laughed. I ran over to my phone calling Kyrie. "Hey baby! Guess what my team is in! And we-" "Babe I need you to come quick." He said whispering into the phone. "What's wrong ky?" I said scared as hell for him. "Just come... Quick!" I sprinted out of the gym making my way towards him.
