Aly Oop to the Hoop

Chapter 19

We landed safely and Michael was happy. I was starting to get worried about ky. He was all alone with a broken leg. I decided to step off to the side for a minute and call Kyrie.

The phone rang for what felt like forever and there was no answer. "Michael?" He immediately turned around. His hands in his pockets. They eventually slipped out of his pocket as he saw the worried look on his face. "Ky didn't answer." I said nervously. "He told me he would text us when he was getting on the plane." Michael starred down at his feet. He looked up and you could see the nervousness in his eyes. "I'm pretty sure he just forgot to text us." He said. I nodded with agreement really hoping that was the case.

Kyrie's POV

I was sitting on the plane and was feeling very sleepy. I shut me eyes and then opened them quickly. "Ah shit!" The man next to me elbowed me and commented, "Watch your profanity." I rolled my eyes and laughed in annoyance. I realized that I forgot to text Aly and Michael before I got on the plane. Hopefully they weren't freaking out.

Aly's POV

I was starting to get very worried about ky. I cared about him way to much and didn't want him to get hurt at all. Not even a little paper cut. Let's face it, he isn't the toughest of the pack. "Michael I'm really worried about him." He put his arm around me as we headed for the taxis. "Don't you worry my friend. Kyrie can handle him-" I then rudely interrupted him. "No , no he can't. Admit it." I said with a laugh. "Ight maybe we should be worried." We both joked about how tough he was.

"Ugh no offense but everything is just better with him. He is so perfect." Michael nodded not knowing how to respond. "Ya I'm not a girl but he is a pretty cool guy." He chuckled but I just smiled up at him. "What?" He questioned looking back down at me. "Your just a great best friend." He smiled and patted my head. "Yes, I know."
