"Hello Tita Kris, goodmorning! This is Athena Gana, I just want to ask if it is ok if I call you tonight? Your time? Thank you"

"Athena?" She thinks. Why she wants to talk to me?"

"Hi, Athena.. goodmorning.. Is there something wrong?"

Message sent

"No Tita, sorry i asked for your number kay dad, hope you dont mind"

She replied

"No its fine. Yeah sige lets do facetime later?"

"Ok Tita, thank you. Just let me know when to call you. Ingat po"

Herbert and Athena is doing a random facetime when he was still on the set of his serye Puto

"Papa, bakit parang matamlay ka? May sakit ka ba?"

"Wala, ok lang ako kamusta ka dyan?"

"Ok naman, you? Magkaaway ba kayo?"

"Nino?" He asked

"sino pa bang nakakapag palungkot sayo ng ganyan? Si tita"

He smiles

"Break na kami"

"Ano? Bakit?"

"Nagulat ka pa, nabasa nya yung message mo after ng lunch natin with ypur siblings"

"What?"

"Sabi niya nagi gets nya daw bakit ayaw mo sa kanya"

"Dad its not about her"

"Alam nya yun, medyo unfair lang for her kasi di mo sya binigyan ng chance na makausap ka man lang... o baka ako yung mali, dahil nagulat ka siguro sa announcement ko"

"Actually yes Dad, kasi naman sabi mo mag stay lang muna sya sayo, tapos one day you'll announce na magpapakasal na kayo"

"Im sorry, gusto ko lang talagang si Kris na yung pakasalan ko"

He sounds so sad

"Hay naku Dad, wala na akong magagawa sayo.. bahala ka na"

She tried to sound like shes disappointed but deep inside shes guilty of what she did. Athena knows her Dad, most of the time ge knows how to hide his feelings but when it comes to Kris you will feel the sadness, specially if they're not ok.

"Hi" she said

"How are you?"

"Everything is fine, review na lang ng konti for school and konting konti na lang matatapos na din sa wakas"

"Good for you, I heard your doing great sa school ha, im so proud of you!"

"Thank you, tita.. ikaw po? How are you?"

"Im good, may mga days lang na autoimmune is bad but can handle naman.."

"Eat healthy lang and exercise para maging ok po kayo. Anyway, I know curious kayo why Im here. I will not
run around the bush anymore"

Kris staring at her, she can see resemblance from her mom, but the mannirism is from her dad, being straighforward, and spontanious
