Even The Blind Can See

A Deal

*I hope you're liking this fanfic so far!*

Naruto could be seen approaching where he'd heard the Damiyo's wife had been staying in Konoha, while looking for Tora.
(Don't show fear, be nice and she...probably kill me...) mentally sighed Naruto, knocking on the door. A guard swung the door open and was about to yell at him to go away but then he saw Tora. Poor Tora was skillfully griped by Naruto so she couldn't escape. "Lady someone has brought Tora!" Shouted the guard pulling Naruto inside.
"Really?!" Happily squealed the woman reaching her arms out. She quickly frowned, seeing the boy stop.
"Why aren't you giving me my cat? I suppose you want a reward? Give the boy the prize!" Yelled the Lady Damiyo. "Actually....I was wondering if I could keep Tora...?" Naruto shrunk into himself, afraid.
"WHAT?" Shrieked the woman.
"I'm more than happy to pay or do anything for her!" Eeped Naruto as guards surrounded him. Tora instantly began swatting at the guards hissing to protect her chosen person. The woman's eyes widened at this. "She's fond of you... stand down!" The guards looked at her in question but did as told.
"Tora is worth a lot of money you see, she's an extremely rare breed." The woman sighed pondering on what to do. Naruto frowned, saddened but Tora rubbed her face against his. Seeing this the Damiyo's wife came to a decision.
"You'll do me a favor." Her words brought a splitting grin to Naruto's face.
"You'll take good care of her! But that's not the favor, I want you to kiss your crush." Smirked the lady remembering the looks the Uchiha gave him.
"Say what now?" Naruto's unseeing eyes widened.
"Don't play koi, I have eyes and ears everywhere so I'll know if you hadn't done it!" She truly was enjoying this.
"But...." naruto began but she slammed a stamp on a parchment.
"You have exactly one month to do so!" The woman gave him the paper and shoved him out.
"Was that wise my lady?" Asked her personal guard.
"I've never seen her so happy... plus some entertainment is always good!" She giggled.

"Okay Tora all we have to do is get you some kitty stuff and...convince my kaasan." Naruto paled in realization. (Maybe I can sneak her around...no she goes everywhere with me already!) he thought walking into the Inuzaka animal companion store that was conveniently a animal hospital.
"Are you lost?" Asked a rough yet kind female voice.
"No... I'd like some things for my animal companion here?" Naruto bowed, revealing Tora on his shoulders.
(Isn't that the Damiyo's cat?) thought a woman that looked like a female Kiba.
"I think all the feline stuff is in the back, no one has cat companions anymore." She chuckled leading him to the storage area. Naruto looked like a chibi kid feeling everything.
"Excuse me can you describe Tora in great detail to me?" Naruto politely asked her. She gave him a "are you serious" look but complied.
"She's jet black, fluffy which you already know. Spring, bright green eyes. Small to medium size and has a pink nose with a matching bow on her head." Naruto was nodding frantically, he gently took out the bow. "Can you hand me everything that matches her eyes?" She smiled at the boy and did so.
"I'll take all of it!" Chirped Naruto making the woman pale at him. *mother like son lol*
He had her seal them for him and began his plan to convince his Kaasan.

Tsunade had a dreadful day at the hospital and still hasn't seen her precious boy yet. Luckily she was finally home but halted at what she saw.
"Naruto!" She smiled happily embracing her son. She came eye to eye though with Tora, who was still on his shoulders.
"Eeee!" Tsunade squealed but sighed seeing its a cat.
"Naruto no!" She firmly stated.
"B-but you haven't even..." naruto was pouting when she interrupted him.
"No pets!" Tsunade placed her hands on her hips.
Naruto's bottom lip began to quiver as tears fell from his cloudy eyes. Tsunade was taken aback, it's true Naruto could get his way but never had he used tears. (He just sulks but tears...oh dear!) Tsunade thought guiltily.
"I love Tora! I'll take really good care of her!" Naruto raised his voice burrowing his face into Tora's head who magically was in his arms now.
(He really wants this cat...) Tsunade gulped at his determination. He's only rebelled to her face once when he ran off when he was four....This would be the second time.
" I'm sorry Naruto..." tsunade began but was interrupted by Kakashi.
"Tsunade-sama Naruto almost drowned at wave." Naruto turned his head at his brother like he was crazy.
