Unexpected friendships

Haku went out to scavenge any herbs to help him heal his master in any way, he could but he found a "someone" instead. Haku was truly startled to find a blonde boy sleeping in the forest. Haku had long dark brown hair and wore a beautiful light blue kimono but he very much looked like a girl and a pretty one at that.

Haku placed his basket down as quiet as humanly possible and he leaned over the form of what seemed to be a peacefully resting boy.
(He looks so.... cute.) haku thought puzzled as he recognized the boy. He knew this boy was dangerous after all he made his master retreat which he's never seen Zabuza do. It didn't help he looked like a fallen angel in the middle of all of different colored flowers and trees.

"You gonna stare at me all day?" Haku jumped in fright falling on his bum.
"I didn't realize you were awake... why are you sleeping here?" Haku asked him as he brushed off the dirt from his form.

"I felt like it." Naruto smiled sitting up, eyes still closed. Haku raised a brow at his cheeky words.
"Why are you keeping your eyes closed?" Haku's curiosity peeked getting the best of him.
"I really don't need them." Naruto shrugged opening his eyes revealing the cloudy lavender irises making Haku gasp.
(He's blind and yet he was so strong back at the lake!) Haku thought, shocked.
"These herbs are good for healing Zabuza." Naruto plucked a handful of herbs behind him and placed it in Haku's basket.
"How did you..." Haku slowly breathed out.
"You smell like him and my Kaachan taught me to make healing remedies from smell and touch." Haku truly was confused by this boy.
"Why are you helping?" Haku began to reach for his senbon needles assuming the worst.
"Well he's just doing what he was hired to do, no different than us. I also believe Gato doesn't plan on paying you either though. I'm just curious on where everything will go." The blond boy scratched his head as he put effort into his words.

Haku's eyes widened and he pulled his hand away from his pouch. He grabbed his basket but something bothered him.
"What's your name?" Naruto smiled at the other boys question.
"I'm Naruto!"
"I'm Haku... do you have a precious person Naruto-kun?" Haku felt a familiarity with Naruto and it irked him in a strange way.
"Yes I do." Naruto furrowed his brows confused.
"I see, that is why you're so strong. Take care Naruto-kun." Haku bowed leaving Naruto with his words.

(What a strange guy.) Naruto thought.
(Indeed keep your guard up.) kurama sighed but Naruto mentally nodded in agreement.

"Sasuke?" The blonde asked aloud startling his raven haired teammate. Sasuke was barely close enough to hear Naruto so it was safe to say he was freaked out.

"How did you know it was me?" Sasuke asked sounding frightened.
"Your chakra, it's interesting actually." Naruto hopped up stretching cutely as Sasuke looked at him crazy.
"Interesting how?" Naruto sighed as he was asked yet another question.
"It's like a ball of fire, warm, full of life but it's chaotic and destructive." Naruto spoke walking past a confused Sasuke.
"Wait! How do you know all this?" The Uchiha asked once again getting on the poor, blind boy's nerves.
"I can feel it, it's called chakra sensory abilities quite rare." Naruto puffed out his cheeks annoyed answering the teme's question. "And besides I see through vibrations." Sasuke's eyes widened. "Say what now?" Only of naruto could see the "wtf" look on his face. "It's with my earth ability, I feel the earth and get like...echo location images." Naruto was really getting tired of the questions all of a sudden, like he's not that interesting! *yeah right*
"Oh... well you should come and eat." Sasuke blushed rubbing the back of his neck.
"Aww you came out here to make sure little me ate!" Naruto poked Sasuke's side picking at him. Sasuke just looked away blushing harder.
"Just come with me dobe!" Naruto just laughed at Sasuke's tone as he practically could hear his irritation.
