"What do you mean you're not training me!" Naruto's voice boomed as he slammed the table.
"Now now Naruto I've set up another, Shinzo to be exact; to train you as I train Sasuke and Tsunade trains Sakura." This however did not appease the blind teen or only made him redder in anger.
"Some sensei you are!" Naruto snapped as he grabbed Tora and ran out.
"Kakashi you're so wrong for that." Shizune glared at him.
"Oh he'll be happy when he sees it's Jiraiya-Sama who's training him." Kakashi eye smiled.
Shizune just snatched his breakfast and ignored his cries of protest.

Naruto was livid, Sasuke definitely wanted to train alone to be away from him like a coward.
(Oooo I like angry Naruto!) purred Karama trying to poke the little teen but he just ignored him.
Everyone who was out all paled at the sight of the blond his anger was clear all over his features and no one wanted to cross his path. Everyone almost fainted as he stopped in front of a small cabbage cart.
"Hey what time is it?" Naruto calmly asked the clerk still looking scary as all hell.
"I-it's almost One in the afternoon!" The frail man squeaked out shaking like a leaf. Everyone who was watching head spun as a giant smile cracked over the blond's face.
"Awesome!" Joy was evident in his voice as he ran towards the Nara clan's home.

"That kid is as crazy as a cloud!" Gasped the cabbage clerk clutching his dear cabbage to his chest.

Naruto shyly knocked on the giant door to Shikamaru's house.
"WHO IS IT!" Screamed a terrifying voice.
"I-I'm h-here f-for S-shika!" Naruto choked out pale as a ghost.
"Shika? You mean Shikamaru?" A woman opened the door now sounding like a normal person. Naruto shyly nodded not trusting his voice.
"Ooo a friend! How nice, come on in oh and excuse me for a moment..." Naruto nodded with a smile and as he was about to sit on their couch...
"SHIKAMARU YOU HAVE A VISITOR GET YOUR LAZY ASS DOWN HERE! DON'T KEEP THIS BOY WAITING!" Her voice pierced his ears like a Kuni making him fall back in fright.

"Keep it down will ya! Oh Naruto... excuse us mom we'll be outside playing shogi." The lazy Nara waved as he dragged Naruto's corpse outside, even Tora was shaking.
"Sorry about her but I'm glad to see you remembered." Shikamaru smiled as he gathered the pieces and board. Naruto shook himself and just chuckled.
"Have you ever played before?" Shikamaru asked as everything was set. Naruto gulped as he touched the pieces and paled.
"Actually Shika I don't think I can play it's all wood." His words made Shikamaru's eyes widen as his jaw fell slightly.
"Shit that's right! Well I don't have a stone one..." Shikamaru rubbed his neck in embarrassment, how could he forget!
"That's okay you can still tell me all about it!" Naruto's smile was infectious it brought butterflies to the Nara's stomach.
"Okay." Just like that Shikamaru explained the whole thing, each piece he talked about he let Naruto study its carvings and he couldn't help but blush as the blond actually seemed interested.
"Shika do they make stone ones?" Naruto tilted his head slightly making Shikamaru blush once more.
"Well they do custom orders but only for the most prestine family's and no one does them here.
"Hmm I have an idea!" Naruto's smile grew as he pulled out a sealing scroll and activated it. A brush with various inks came out onto his lap.
"Here hold these really quick." Naruto gave the items to Tora which made Shikamaru sweatdrop.
"Come on!" He waived for Shikamaru to follow and a sigh later the Nara was walking beside him.
"What are we looking for?" Shikamaru asked him completely confused.
"A stone that's soft enough to be shaped a smooth style but durable enough to not break easily!" The Nara groaned as that didn't really give him a good answer.
"Ooo this'll work!" Naruto stopped and knocked on a small rock on the ground.
"It's only a small rock we'll need more..." Shikamaru shut his mouth as Naruto stomped his foot and now a giant Boulder popped out the ground.
The rock was a sea foam green and looked like a jewel.
"Wow I had no idea Konoha had Jades like this!" Naruto whistled at the beautiful rock.
"Did you just say... jade? As in a very valuable stone?" Shikamaru was about to faint.
"Yep! It's perfect for our new shogi board!" Yep Shikamaru brain was malfunctioning.
Naruto picked up the Boulder like it was a pebble and rolled it back to Shikamaru's house seconds later he retrieved Shikamaru as he was still gaping like a fish.
Shikamaru watched in awe as Naruto began to bend the Boulder into shapes, in just moments a blank shogi board and pieces were in front of them.
"There's stone left too!" Naruto smiled as a decent sized rock still remained of the precious stone.
"Now Shika can you paint the symbols and the board?" Shikamaru sighed but couldn't help smile.
"Of course but what color? You have all kinds in these bottles?" Shikamaru almost fainted as Naruto's eyes widened in wonder.
"I do?! Uh I mean pick one he he." Naruto bashedly scratched his cheek. Shikamaru stared at him for a moment.
(Does this guy not realize how beautiful he is? uh what a drag!) Shikamaru thought as he grabbed a gold like one and got to work.

Shikamaru's parents about fainted as they saw their son actually working on something for once and to their suprise with a smile.
"That kid is invited here every day!" Shikamaru mom gasped and her husband nodding in agreement.

"All done!" Shikamaru grinned as he set up the new board, it was truly a beautiful master piece.
"Now let's begin!" Naruto matched his grin of excitement. Shikamaru was truly shocked to see Naruto was a natural, he caught on fast and even won against Shikamaru once by the end.
"This has been the most fun I've had in awhile! Let's play again soon okay!" Naruto's words shocked Shikamaru.
"You're on! come by anytime." Shikamaru helped Naruto to his feet. Tora yawned as she woke up only to jump onto Naruto's shoulder to sleep again.
"Hey don't forget your new board!" Shikamaru began to grab the pieces.
"Oh no Shika it's for you so we can play shogi together." Shikamaru halted and looked wide eyed at Naruto's eyes.
"For...us...to...play..." was Shikamaru intelligent reply as Naruto's words were on repeat in his mind.
"Yeah! I look forward to playing again with you Shika, take care okay!" Naruto smiled beautifully as he took off in a random direction.
Shikamaru just stood there watching him slowly disappear in the distance.
"For us..." he repeated as a big smile covered his face but he smirked quickly as he saw the leftover jade.
"I have an idea...how troublesome!" He chuckled as he picked up the stone thinking of the cute blond.

Naruto decided to soak in the springs but to his annoyance he saw an outline of a man peeping in on the woman's side of the springs.
"Hey! Get from there you pervert!" Naruto yelled as he smirked evilly when women began to scream and beat the guy to a pulp.
"Oi gaki what do you think... Naruto!" Shouted a familiar voice as the pervert ran or rather limped to him.
"Pervy-sage!" Naruto grinned happy to see his godfather.
"About time I found you I'm supposed to train you ya know!" Jiraiya sighed faining disappointment.
"I for one found you and excuse me?" Naruto cracked his head to the side face falling.
"Kakashi didn't tell you? By your face I guess not well no time to waste let's go train... after one more peak!" Jiraiya tried to run but naruto grasped his collar.
"No just...no! Come on let's go actually do some training!" Naruto gridded his teeth as he dragged the man to the Senju's training grounds.

"Noooooooo!" Jiraiya screamed as dramatic tears fell from his face.

"Shut it! It's for your own damn good!"
