CHAPTER 21

LATER THAT DAY

MIA'S POV

It's time to go for lunch. I haven't eaten in days and I think I am going to pass out if I don't eat.

When I entered the Great Hall everyone was staring at me. What the fuck?

I keep walking towards the Slytherin table when I saw him. I don't know how I am supposed to act when I am with him.

While I was walking, I saw Draco looking at my legs, even though I am wearing sweatpants.

"Hi" Amanda says.

"Hey" I smile and sit next to her. Blaise and Draco are sitting opposite of us.

"Where were you?" Blaise asks.

"What do you mean?"

"You miss classes and meals and I haven't seen you for so long"

"I am back" I say with no confidence at all.

Amanda smiles at me. Draco doesn't say anything the whole time I was there. He didn't even look at me.

When we finished eating we exited the room. While Amanda and I were talking, Draco grabbed my arm.

I turned to face him, so did Amanda.

"Can I talk to you?" What could he possibly want?

I nod and he leaves my arm.

He told me to go to his room but I didn't want to. I don't know what he wants to talk about and I don't know were our conversation will go.

Anyways, we decided to go inside an empty classroom. I know it's way worse but he told me he doesn't want to have our conversation in public.

"What do you want to talk about?" I sigh.

"Show me your legs" Huh?

"What?" I started getting worried.

"Show me your legs. I know about the marks. I just want to see them myself" How would he even know?

"No" I snap.

"Mia. Who did them to you?" He insist.

"I don't know what are you talking about" I lie.

"Answer me the fucking question. Did you do them?" He shouts.

I stay silent.

"Why?" His voice is much softer now. Almost painful.

"It doesn't matter, okay?. Leave it alone" I snap

"Why did you hurt yourself Mia? Why would you do something so stupid?"

"Because I am going to die anyways." I shout.

He comes closer to me. "No you won't. You know damn well I would never let you die. Or even hurt yourself again"

"I know" I whisper.

"Come here" He opens his arms. I don't have much choices, I need him.

Without hesitation I hug him, tight.

I am really trying to hold myself but I can't . I need to feel him.

I grab his neck and pull him down at my height so I can kiss him.

Once our lips collided I felt safe, safer than I thought.

Draco seems surprised but he doesn't stop me.

Moments later we heard someone. Actually something.

Mrs. Norris. Which means Flich is here. Great.

"Who is there Mrs Norris" says the professor as he starts walking faster.

Before I can process anything, Draco grabs my hand and we started running towards the door.

When we finally got out of that room we heard Flich cursing under his breath. Which made as laugh.

When we reached the common room, Amanda and Blaise was there.

"What the hell happened to you?" Blaise asks. He probably saw how red we are because of the laughter.

"Nothing" Draco and I say in unison which made us laugh even more.

"Okay you creeps" He says and I can see the smirk in Amanda's face.

When I look outside the window I realized it's late.

"Hey. Would you like to come to my dorm. Just to hang out" Amanda says to all of us.

"Um sure" I nod. So does Blaise.

Draco looks at me and then back at her.

"Ugh fine. Okay" He agrees and I smile at him.

I wanted to spend the rest of the night with him but being with friends sounds great too.
