Because of the Resurrection stone in Peter's intestines, the trio - Harley, Shuri and Peter - came back to life.

Thereafter, the three kept sprouting references from every book, series or TV series they knew...

This started when Carol Denvers, famously known as Captain Marvel, flew in through the balcony and landed in front of Peter.

On seeing the boy, she frowned, "I know you... Do I know you?"

"I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition," said Peter.

Not surprisingly, Carol didn't understand the reference. Her next words were normal. Well, normal for her, not for Petey!

"I don't understand that reference."

Peter did the most logical thing for a fangirl and fainted.

This 'fandom referencing' kept increasing. Once, Steve had caught the Harley swearing.

"LANGUAGE!" Cap had shouted, then grimaced. "I wish you people would stop cursing."

Harley shrugged, "Apparently, the world's not a wish-granting factory."

Steve shook it off as a quote that he had found while scrolling through the Web, a place that Steve found very confusing.

But then, Harley had started sobbing and muttered, "Augustus and Festus... I can't believe they rhyme... oh, man! He didn't deserve the fate he received!"

Steve was left shell-shocked. Let's talk about one with Shuri -

Bruce and Shuri were just casually solving a mathematical problem. Unfortunately for Brucie, the answer turned out to be 'four'.

"Add a two right here... divide it by seventy six an- FOUR!" Shuri shouted so loud that the birds sat by the window to watch the commotion. "FOUR! ARE YOU FU-"

("LANGUAGE!" A voice from the lobby yelled. Man, Steve put the 'h' in 'hearing' especially if it was a curse word!)

"-ING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW! FOUR? WHERE'S SIX? NOOOOOOO! AHHHHHHH! UGHHHHHH!"

"Princess Shuri, are you oka-" But before Bruce could complete, Shuri interrupted him.

"I am going through an emotional trauma right now, Banner. Don't disturb me or you will face the wrath of - not one fangirl - but every single fangirl because I will tear down the fourth wall!"

Bruce gulped. Wisely, he kept his quiet. He never interrupted a fangirl going through an emotional trauma.

The Avengers knew Peter, Shuri and Harley for their extensive use of Vines. They had learned to achknowledge it. Learned to embrace it and tried their level best not to get annoyed by it.

It was only possible because they had done research on Vines and had finally accepted it.

But this?

This was worse than any vine could ever accomplish. The references changed every day and DAM! There were just so many!

It was understandable for Shuri and Harley, as they were free most of the time, but when had Peter found the time to watch Doctor Who, Supernatural and Sherlock Holmes while patrolling and dealing with school? When had he read all those million books in the time span of a month?

Such was the power of a fangirl!

And it scared everything out of the Avengers!
