I can't lose you again

Chapter 6

Y/N POV

My eyes opened and I was met with Newts. I realised what had happened and started to cry. He untied my hands and legs and gave my his hoodie to hide my body from the others. He picked me up bridal style and carried me to his hut.I didn't look back because I knew I was safe, I was with him. He sat me down on his bed and got a small towel and some water. He placed the towel in water and cleaned my face. Assuming I had blood on it. I let him. I let him take care of me because I knew he wouldn't hurt me. I was so consumed by my thoughts that I didn't realise he was talking to me.
"Are you ok love?" he asked me looking into my eyes. I nodded my head. But then I remembered what just happened.

My eyes started to fill up with tears and I shook my head.
"Hey it's ok I'm" he said sitting next to me, wrapping his arms around me. "It's ok I'm here I won't let anything happen to you, I promise" I hugged him back drowning my self in his sent as a poor attempt to comfort myself. After a few minutes of me crying on his shoulder I pulled away. He put his hand on my cheek making me look up at him. My cheeks stained with tears, he looked me in my eyes and wiped them away. "It's ok, nobody is going to hurt you. I won't let them" he said. I faintly smiled and hugged him again but this time I didn't let go. I fell asleep in his arms that night. I fell asleep knowing I was safe and nobody would hurt me.

Newts POV

She fell asleep in my arms. I felt her warm breath against my neck as she was peacefully sleeping. I slowly picked her up trying my hardest not to wake her. I placed her on my bed so she was laying down and grabbed a blanket from across the room, I placed it on her beautiful still body and laid next to her. I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her in tight hug, making sure no one was to hurt her again. I played with her hair whilst I listened to her breathing. I found my falling for her more and more every day. I couldn't help but love the fact that her sweet perfume filled my lunges with each breath I took, I loved the way chest slowly moved up and down at a steady pace. As I was about to fall asleep I could only think about how beautiful and amazing she is.

Y/N POV

I woke up to the sound of the stone doors opening. I sighed remember what happened last night.
"Good morning love" he spoke in his raspy morning voice. I rolled over so I was facing him.
"Good morning" I replied. I looked at him as he caught my gaze, locking our eyes. He put one of his hands on my lower back and pulled me closer into him. Our chests touching. Our lips millimetres apart. His hand that was on my lower back was now stroking my cheek. I blushed at how close we were. I felt mine and his heart rate quicken. His thumb then ran across my bottom lips. Our eyes flicking from each other's lips back to our eyes again. He pushed a piece of hair behind my ear an-

"Hey are you two awake?" Minho bursted into Newts hut making us both jump at his voice. "Am I interrupting something?" He asked sending me a wink. I felt my self blush as I caught Minho's gaze. "Anyways, here's what's happening. Tonight when the doors close we are going to banish the new greenie because of what happened last night. Y/N. I'm really sorry about what happened" he said sending me a sympathetic look. I faintly smile as he continues. "When ever your feel ready again you can go into the maze it's entirely up to you okay?" He said smiling.
"Okay, I want to go tomorrow because running helps me clear my head anyways" both boys looked at me shocked.
"If that's what you want then sure" Minho said as he left the room. "Oh and Fry's made something special for you Y/N" Minho sent me a smile and left. I turned and looked at Newt  who was  already looking at me. He stood up and reached into a box pulling out a hoodie he passed it to me. I put it on and we walked to my hut so I could put on my cotton shorts since they were more comfortable than jeans. We slowly walked over to Fry's hut to see what he made.

"Good morning Y/N, I've made you something special" Fry said with a grin on his face.
"Pancakes!" I said smiling. I hugged Fry from over the counter as he handed me the plate.
I gave him one last smile and walked out to the the usual spot. Newt sat next to me making sure I was ok. I smiled and ate my pancakes.

Everyone started to wake up, probably from Fry's delicious food. The boys where being extra nice to me. I didn't have to do any work. Mainly because no body would let me. They told me to take a break, so I did. I spent the whole day sat at my favourite spot. The watch tower. Chuck would come by every now and then to see how I was but left after a whilst. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Sitting up there gave me time to think and I loved it. Gally was the first person to come to me actually, be brought me some oats/nuts and a book to read. He sat with me for a few minutes and even hugged my goodbye. It was nice to take time and relax.

It was starting to get dark and everyone was going to Fry's hut for food. I was hungry so I stood up to get some as I walked over to the ladder I saw Newt. He had two plates of food . I smiled, we sat and ate Fry's delicious food whilst talking and watching the sun set. It was amazing. I was getting cold and tired so we decided to go to bed. I didn't want to watch the greenie get banished, it didn't feel right .So we brought the plates back to Frypan and said goodnight. Newt, the gentleman he is decided to walk me to my hut.
"You didn't need to walk me to my hut you know" I smiled at him.
"Yeah well, I wanted to make sure you were safe" he blushed his eyes locking with mine. I smiled.
"Goodnight love" he said. But before he turned around and left I stoped him.
"Newt" I said quietly. He raised his eyebrows
"Can you umm... stay with me please?" I asked shyly. He gave me a soft smile and walked into my hut. I closed the door and we walked over to my bed. We both laid down and Newt put a blanket over me because it wasn't as warm as it was before
"Are you cold love?" He asked me.
"N-n-no" I said my teeth chattering. I heard a soft chuckle leave his lips as he pulled me into his chest. He wrapped one of his arms around my waist and with the other he played with my hair. I smiled to myself. I turned my head so I was facing his. I looked at him as I studied  his facial features. I felt his eyes do the same. His hand cupped my cheek making my eyes meet his.

I rolled over so I was completely facing him. He smiled as he pulled me closer to his chest, our lips almost touching. Both of our eyes now flicking from each other's eyes to lips. He moved his hand so his thumb could run over my bottom lip. As he did I tilted my head up and our lips connected, his soft lips moved in sync with mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck making him roll on top of me. He pulled away looking at me for a second, he smiled as he pressed his luscious lips back onto mine. His hand trailed down to my lower waist trying to pull me closer to him if possible. His tongue ran along my bottom lip begging for entry. I smirked as I parted my lips to deepen the kiss. His lips left mine and slowly trailed down to my neck, he kissed my neck slightly nibbling making a slight moan leave my lips.I felt him smirk against my soft skin as he continued to kiss my neck, sucking and nibbling on it to leave a small bruise. Another moan escaped my mouth. Satisfied, he moved up to my lips smashing his onto mine. After a few moments i pulled away to catch my breath. My forehead resting against his. I giggled making him smile.

I looked into his eyes and not a second later his lips were on mine. I slowly started to trailing down his neck leaving little kisses on the way. I move my hands so I could play with his hair as I suck on his neck, gently tugging at it causing a moan to escape his soft lips. I smirk as I continue to nibble on his neck. I slowly make my way up to his lips and kissing him again. This time I was the one begging for entry, my tongue ran across his bottom lip. He didn't hesitate to part his lips, leaving easy access for me to slip my tongue in. A slight moan escaping his lips as I do so. My hands slowly slide way down his torso as I start to lift up his shirt. I pulled away for a moment to lift  it over his head and throw it on the ground. I smirk as a now shirtless Newt is on top of me, not even a second later his lips were on mine again. His hands tugging at his hoodie I was wearing, like he was asking if he could take it off. I pulled away and nodded. He began to pull the hoodie away from my body. He smiles as he throws it on the ground leaving me only wearing my bra. I giggle as I grab his neck,smash our lips together.I smiled as we both laid there kissing each other passionately. I pulled away and he rested his forehead against mine and he smiled whilst we both caught our breath. I placed my hand on his cheek and pecked his lips before he rolled over and wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me into a hug. I giggled as he kissed the back of my neck making me smile even more.
"Goodnight Newt" I said with a smile across my face.
"Goodnight Y/N" I felt him kiss my neck a few more times making me giggle once more before he hugged me tightly. I could feel his heart beat and his warm breath fanning the back of my neck. I smiled as I closed my eyes knowing one thing.

I closed my eyes as I cuddled her knowing one thing.
