Alexa's Pov
After breakfast with Olivia and Jordan I went to the counter and ordered food to take out.

"What did you get?" Jordan asks.

"I got some food for Asher, he's at my house." I say looking down embarrassed.

"Pay up." Olivia says to Jordan.

Jordan reaches into his pocket and pulls out his wallet. He hands Olivia a ten dollar bill.

"What's that for?" I ask confused.

"We made a bet this morning that you helped Asher out last night." Olivia says.

"You betted on me?" I ask pretending to be offended.

"Well she's the one who said you'd do anything for Asher." Jordan says laughing.

"Hey I'm just a nice person." I say holding my hands up in defence.

"Even to Asher after what he did?" Jordan asks me.

"Everyone deserves a second chance after they fuck up." I say.

"I mean you got one Jordan." Olivia says.

He looks down and I grab his hand.

"Don't worry it's fine J." I say rubbing my thumb over his.

"I've got to get back home and get ready for the game, do you guys want a lift?" I ask.

"I think we're gonna hang out here for a bit." Olivia says.

"Okay well goodbye." I say and leave to go home.

Jordan's Pov
"Damn that girl will do anything for anyone." I say watching her.

"She will." Olivia says looking at me.

"Hey do you want to make another bet?" I ask not looking at Olivia.

"Okay lay it on me." she says.

"How long it will be for them to get together?" I say looking at her.

She looks at me in shock that I just said that.

"Don't you want to be with her though?" Olivia asks.

"I do. But Asher needs to be with someone who will put up with all his shit. Alexa does that." I say.

"So how long do you think?" Olivia asks.

"2 months." I say.

"I think 4." she says.

"Okay how about we raise the reward to $50." I say.

"Oh your on." Olivia says shaking my hand smirking.

At Alexa's house
I walk into the house and see Asher laying in bed on his phone.

"Hey Ash." I say walking over to the bed and laying down next to him.

"Hi Lex. What's that?" he asks.

"Food for you. You've not ate since like 7 last night." I say passing him the food.

He takes it from my hands and places it on the bedside table besides him. He turns back over and looks at me.

"What?" I ask.

"I love you Lex." Asher says.

"What?!" I say confused.

"Not like that." he laughs. "Your my best friend and you mean so much to me." he says hugging me.

"I love you too Asher." I say kissing his cheek.
