I wake up and Marley is getting dressed. "Kevin called. Their bringing us to court today over custody" said Marley. "Oh fuck" I said. I go put on a suit and style my hair. Marley walks over and hugs me. "I can't lose him, bubs" said Marley. "I know, same here. I love it when he calls me dad. I love him. I need him in my life" I said. She looks up at me. "You are the best man to be his dad" said Marley. I nod and kiss her. She kisses back. We go get the kids dressed. I put Ella in a pink dress and tights with flats. Dray comes out in a suit. I smile and he hugs me. We have breakfast. Marley sighs and hugs Dray. We head to the court. 

I texted my family and the boys. As we get there so does my family and the lads. They walk over. "That jerk" said Daniel. Marley laughs a bit and looks away. We go inside. Mum takes Dray and Ella. We sit down and John walks inside. He sits with his lawyer and I roll my eyes. We stand up when the judge comes inside. We sit down and I rub my hands on my thighs. "Can Marley King come to the stand" said Judge Hayes. Marley stands up and goes to the stand. 

"How long were you and John dating?" asked Judge Hayes. "Around 5 years." said Marley. "How did he react to you being pregnant?" asked Judge Hayes. "He told me to abort him, or give him up for adoption. He said he didn't care what I did as long as he never had to see him. He broke up with me and I was upset but became strong for Drayton" said Marley. "Why do you think he came back?" asked Judge Hayes. "I have no clue..... I mean I'm dating someone new, pregnant and we went public a couple of days ago, and we posted it on Instagram, so honestly it could be anything but I couldn't say why" said Marley. "OK, we'd like to call Corbyn Besson up." said Judge Hayes. Marley comes back and I go forward. 

"So, you and Marley, how is your relationship?" asked Judge Hayes. "Our relationship is like any normal relationship, with us both having kids, we understand that we have to put them first no matter what. I love Marley and Dray. His like a ray of sunshine. Him and my daughter Ella get along like house on fire. I love Dray like his my own, he calls me dad" I said. "He doesn't know that John is his biological?" asked Judge Hayes. "No, he only knows me. As does Ella for Marley. Ella calls Marley mom" I said. "Where is Ella's mom, if you don't mind me asking?" asked Judge Hayes. "She died giving birth to her, 5 years ago. Marley helped me become myself again" I said. "OK, that's all" said Judge Hayes. He calls John to the stand. 

"Why do you want custody over Drayton?" asked Judge Hayes. "I-I want to get to know him" said John, smirking. "What do you know of Drayton?" asked Judge Hayes. "Nothing" said John. "That's all" said Judge Hayes. He sits back down. 

"In cases like this, it is hard to decide. I cannot give full custody to John or even co-custody to him. If Drayton sees Corbyn like his dad, then I don't want to confuse him. Full custody to Marley King. If you'd like to adopt him, Corbyn, I will give you the papers. Since John is not identified biologically as the father, he cannot object to it." said Judge Hayes. He left and we share a kiss. Dray runs to us and we hug him. My lawyer hands me the papers. "Sign them now, and we can get it legalized, the judge said he'd wait" said Kevin. I nod and we sign everything. The judge comes back and boom, his my son. John storms out. I laugh and we have a family hug.

We head home and we sit on the sofa as the kids play. "Well, we won" I said. "Thank god, I had no idea what I would've done if we hadn't" said Marley. We decide to just order. We order Thai and dig in when it arrives. The kids go to bed at 8 and we go to bed at 11.

Today we won the case!
