The three managed to find an abandoned warehouse to hide in for now. Usually, Lelouch would breathe heavily and complained about doing more 'exercise.' But not this time, he managed to keep his breathing in control and quiet. C.C has since handed Anthony to Lelouch to hold. The man held his baby close, "I'm so sorry...never again will you and I be separated. I just wish...ah-ack! Ack! No...nononono!" C.C looked at the raven haired man and then caught something on the front of his pants.

C.C groaned and walked in front of him. "Hand Anthony over...you're in labor, are you not? I need to get you prepared." Anthony pursed his lips but wiggled out of his mom's arms and walked to the small pile of toys he found earlier. "Ma...need...help. I...be...good." Lelouch managed to quickly let a small smile grace his lips before frowning as contractions get worse. "Lelouch, I'm going to remove your pants and underwear for the labor. I need you to calm down for me." The raven haired snarled but nonetheless, was compliant.

(The following will be a labor scene. It's only a little graphic and I will say, I have no experience in this so if I got something wrong, then I apologize in advance.)

Once the lower garments were gone and the legs were bent, did the real thing began. Lelouch let out groans and little wails when he was eventually told to push with all his might. As he was pushing, C.C noticed something and suddenly asked, "Lelouch...if you can, how far along we're you before you went into labor?" Lelouch took many deep breaths before answering, "S-S-Seven months... ahh! Please make this stop!" Oh, so that's why. C.C returned her gaze to the hole in the young man's (temporarily) vagina as she sent waves of comfort to her friend.

"Shh..I know it hurts, just stay strong for me. It will be over soon enough. But...and I may be wrong about this, it seems like you could be potentially carrying more than one child. And from the amount of food that you might've consumed from your pregnancy, made them to be big babies." C.C soothed and immediately explained. Lelouch knew it deep down. But still, more than one baby? If she is right, how can he handle all of them by himself? There is no way that he could put that burden on her or anyone else for the matter. The image of Antonio immediate came into his mind, making the terrorist cry.

C.C's heart could only clench in empathy as the mom wailed out his lost love's name. "Antonio..! Antonio..! I'm sorry, I love you!" Very soon, those wails turned into full on sobs when C.C told him to stop in order for him to have a little break. After two minutes, he was ordered to push again. "I can see the head and...ah, there you go little one, come here." She cooed out as a baby slid out with a loud cry. Lelouch didn't even had time to look at the baby when contractions started again. C.C was right. There's more than one. The green haired girl took out a blue ribbon she found in the uniform of the officer she ambushed. Then she gently but firmly tied it around the baby's wrist before cutting off the cord and taking off the jacket to place the baby on it before getting back on task.

Five minutes passed before the second baby slid out. C.C did the same thing but this time, tied the wrist in a red colored ribbon. But she didn't even had time when, ten seconds later, a third baby started to slide out. C.C quickly but carefully set the second baby down before catching the third one. Lelouch let out a huge sigh of relief and finally settled down while C.C cleaned up and checked over the triplets.

Suddenly, she summoned up three empty birth certificates. Surprising the man. "How did you do that?" He asked. The immortal woman only smiled and shrugged. "It was something someone dear to me taught a little bit. I can summon blankets, papers, pencils, swords and pistols. Anyways, the first two are boys and the last one is a girl. They seem to be seven pounds each. What are their names?" Lelouch pondered a bit. Antonio is not here...and part of him feels selfish for wanting to name the triplets with all the names he wanted and not what they both would've liked. But that didn't matter now. At the end of the day, he's the mom who gave birth to them.

"The blue ribboned baby will be named Octavian. The red ribboned baby will be named Theodore and the purple ribboned baby will be named Nunnally." C.C could see him frown slightly. "Are you sure those are the names you want?" Lelouch briefly glanced at her before looking back at the babies. "These are the names that I want." C.C waved her hands and each ribbon turned into blankets of the same color, but this time, with their names visible.

He gestured to her to give him his newborns to hold. She complied and carefully placed the boys in each arm and the girl on his stomach. Anthony came to the adults yawning. Lelouch was fast asleep just as the one year old walked over to lay himself in C.C's lap, before falling asleep as well.

There were times where Lelouch would wake up and was slightly surprised to see three babies with him but not Antonio. But then, tears would well up in his eyes as he remembers that Antonio is gone, along with their relationship.

Unfortunately, the two won't meet each other again until one day in the month of December. Speaking of that month, Lelouch totally forgotten that he, Anthony and now the triplets shared the same birthday. The day where for some reason, there is no snow. It was also the day where Antonio broke up with him.

This is the worst and best birthday he ever has.
