Chapter 18

Soon after Antonio left, the kids started to act a little rebellious. Anthony kept getting out of his seat, the twin boys were throwing food at each other and lastly, Nunnally jr kept refusing to eat the rest of her dinner. She may have been around children before, but C.C had no experience in taking care of them for any amount of time.

"Octavian and Theodore please stop throwing....Anthony come back here! And Nunnally, finish your dinner right now." The more control and stability C.C loses, the more stressed out she became. Soon, she was near the end of her wits end. But surprisingly, when the children saw her expression, they immediately stopped and behaved themselves. "Nuna..eat okay? Or else if mama or papa find out, we get pow pow." Anthony advised gently but frantically at the same time.

C.C knew what he was saying and decided to use it to her advantage, "That is right. I know that you guys don't like pow pow, so behave yourselves and listen. Okay?" The children nodded their heads and stayed silent, eating the rest of their food. Eventually, everyone finished their meal and got ready for bed. When the children were finally asleep, C.C decided to tiptoe to the small 'library' Antonio had and read a book.

Meanwhile, Antonio made it to the prison building of where Lelouch was currently being held at, once again. He was about to walk inside until he felt a hand firmly grabbing his shoulder. Antonio looked back and saw an officer glaring at him suspiciously. "..who are you and what is your business here?" Antonio smirked slightly. "The name is Julius Kingsley and," he lifts his eyepatch and turned on his geass, "the emperor wanted me to inform you that you have to let me take prisoner Lelouch Lamperouge and protect me at all costs." He did a mental victory dance as he saw the geass properly working on the officer.

"Yes sir!" The officer complied before leading him the way. When he got close to the cell, he could see Lelouch looking rather pale and lifeless. His heart hammered in his chest but he managed to keep his cool. Antonio got his attention back to reality as the soldier started to speak. "Hey prisoner, Julius Kingsley is here to see you." Lelouch glared at the soldier and was about to do the same thing until he recognized the face. But he didn't say anything until the two were eventually alone.

Lelouch cleared his throat, "I...I don't know what to say. It's been years since I last saw you, probably two to be exact. First things first..." Antonio looked around before removing the fancy eyepatch following by interrupting Lelouch, "First things first, we need to get you out of here and back home. Are you okay to walk by yourself or do you need me to carry you?" Lelouch immediately became livid, "Seriously? I thought that you would say something sentimental when you interrupted me. But I was wrong. You must really hate me huh..." Antonio glared at the other, "Oh my goodness, just stop Lelouch! You know what..I will give you some time to think and come back tomorrow." With that, Antonio placed his fancy eyepatch back on and walked out the cell.

The soldier who escorted him came back, "Oh! Are you going to leave sir?" Antonio nodded his head, "Yes but I will come back tomorrow." The soldier saluted him as Antonio leaves the building.
