ANNIES POV

'HAPPY BIRTHDAY! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!' I wake up to Aoibhin and Jade jumping on my bed. It takes me a minute to understand what is going on and then I remember. Its my birthday!!!

'It looks like old age has already taken a toll on you,' Jade laughs.

'Haha very funny,' I say in a very sleepy tone.

It has just hit me that I am 21... I'm so old!

'We made you a birthday breakfast!' Aoibhin says as she hands me a tray of waffles and whipped cream with strawberries on top. Written in strawberry sauce on the side of the plate is happy birthday! Love ya!

'Aww thanks so much!' I smile up at them and Jade starts to snigger. 'What?' I ask.

'I think you must have been drooling last night...' she says and it reminds me of my very realistic dream. Let's just say there was a Josh involved.

I lift the mirror on my locker and look at myself and boy am I a mess. I burst into laughter.

'Come on eat up!' Aoibhin says. 'You need all the energy you can get!

'Whys that?' I ask with a mouths full of waffles.

'Because you have biology today which means you will probably have to face Natasha. Come on that would drain the energy out of anyone!'

'True!' Jade and I say at the same time. We look at eachother and laugh.

'You definetly sent out the invites yesterday?' Jade asks.

'Yep!' I say before I start licking what is left of the cream off of the plate.

Aoibhin looks at me, 'That's attractive,' she laughs and I can't help but laugh with her.

'Oh my god that was so amazing!' I say as I leave the tray into the kitchen.

'They should be, come on I made them,' Jade says with a flick of her long blonde hair.

I turn on my phone and I have a message from Josh.

Josh: Happy birthday! can't wait to celebrate later if you no why I mean.. xx

I smirk.

Annie: I think I can imagine what you mean... Thanks!! c u soon xx

I pull on my black skinny jeans with my black topshop heeled boots and pair them with a white crop, but I pull on a jacket because its chilly outside. I do my natural everyday make up and curl my hair slightly, and I'm all set.

'Looking good today,' says Aoibhin. 'For anyone in particular?' She winks.

'Nope! I'm done with boys, there all dick heads any way.' (well apart from josh...)

'So true babe, so true..' She sighs.

I grab my bag, 'I'll see you girls later! Don't want to be late!'

'Bye!!' They both shout as I head out the door.

I walk into Biology and I am surprised that Josh isn't here yet. I wonder where he could be?

'Ohh Annie,' croaks Natasha. Here we go. I pull myself together, put on a fake as hell smile and spin around to face her.

'Yes?' I sigh.
