JOSH'S P.O.V

I can't believe I did that last night! Why did I let myself kiss her! I don't even no her, she is probably so creeped out right now, I think as I lay on my bed looking around the bedroom. The walls are covered in sketch's that I had done. I love to draw, I think I got it from my mother! She used to always draw when I was younger. My dad was an accountant but when my mum died he closed up the business. We hardly ever talk to each other. We had to move house because the memory her of death was lurking in the shadows. He never leaves the house, all he does its work on the boat.

I have Biology today, shit its going to be awkward! I don't even think that she knows I am in the class, so hopefully she wont notice me. If she even turns up that is. I hope that she hasn't given up the class just because of that dick Kyle and that whore Natasha.

When I get to Biology I hold the door open for Neev, Becca and Clod. They all go to my tutoring sessions.

"Thanks," they say as they push pass me. Just behind them is Annie, walking by herself. Now I was in an awkward situation, I cant just shut they door because she was to close but I cant hold it open or she will realize that we are in the same class. I decide to hold it open, maybe she wouldnt recognise me... 

With her head down she says "Oh, th.." then she looks up... "Emm thanks," she continued with a shaky voice. She recognises me alright.

"No problem," I replie trying to act normal. She walks on and looks back at me once or twice with a small smile on her face. God.

I continue on into the hall and sit in my normal seat. Her normal seat is beside her ex and his new fling, I don't think she will sit there. The only other seat was just 2 rows in front of me and she took it.

Half way during the class her sudden movement draws my attention. She turns around to grab something out of her bag and she catches my gaze. We are just starring at each other now...well this isn't awkward at all. She is the first to turn away and I realise that I was holding my breath.

ANNIE'S P.O.V

So he was just starring at me during class, now what was I meant to think? OSHG was well and truly underway!

Class had just finished when Dr Heller called me into his office. "Please take a seat Annie."

"Have I done something wrong?" I aske in the most empathetic voice I can pull.

"Well, I have noticed that you have missed out on a week of class and I was beginning to think that you had dropped this class?"

"No, emm you see I wasn't just feeling myself."

"I see. Well I think that we should sign you up for the class tutor if you don't mind, just to get you caught up?"

"Yea, sure, that would be great, thanks!" I wouldn't say that I am a nerd but I also dont like being behind in class.

"If you don't mind me asking, I heard in the grape vine that you and Mr Kyle Braxton had broken up...?"

"Emm are we done here?" So my biology teacher has even heard what has happened? This is worse than I thought!

"Yes, sorry. Well here is the tutors email address. I am sure that he would be delighted to here from you."

"Thanks again," and I walk out the door.

As I swerve through the car park towards my Mini, I think I hear someone laugh. It is probably my imagination. But before I know it, someone grabs me and blindfolds me. My mind is racing and I cant think straight, what is going on?

A few minutes later my blindfold is removed and I am standing in an alley that I recognise. HELP! Then Jaymi emerges from the trash can. Is this joke or something?

"Hello Annie," he says right in my face. I can smell alcohol off his breath, he has been drinking.

"What is going on, why did you bring me here?" My voice was shaking and my pams were starting to sweat.

"I saw you at my party last night," he said as if he hadn't heard my question. "I must say you were looking sexy in that little red dress." He is now holding my wrists against the wet brick wall. I think I no were he wants this to go.

"Please let me go! Your not getting anything from me!" I spit in his face.

"Oh, but your wrong!" He starts to kiss my neck and run his hands down my side. His slimmy tongues runs over my lips which I hold together to stop him from sticking it down my neck. His hands now make their way up the bottom of my skirt and i shiver with fear. I hear him unzip his trouses and I feel his buldge press agaisnt my lady parts. He now pulls my skirt up and pulls my nickers down. He forces himself inside of me and I wince. I can feel his hands all over my body, from my neck to my breasts to my now naked bottom. Its like his is everywhere at once and I don't have the strength to stop him. I shut my eyes and scream. Within a few seconds his weight leaves me? Has he finally realized what he was doing. I open my eyes.

There right in front of me is the guy from the party, I am stating to think he was following me but right now I am thankful!

He kicked and punched Jaymi to the ground. It is obvious he knows what he is doing. I fall to the ground and curl into a ball. I feel a hand on me and I jump.

"It's ok, its just me," it is obvious that he doesnt no what to say. I look around him and see Jaym on the ground covered in blood.

"I'm fine," I lie. I just want to go to my room and cry.

"Let me take you to my place, it is just across the road?" I cant go to a strangers house after what just happened!

"No, I am fine I just want to go home," I whispered. He walks me to my car and offers to drive home but i insists that I am fine!

"Ok, but if you need anything you know were I am." He closes the door and watches me drive off.
