What The Hell Just Happened?

ANNIE'S P.O.V

When I get back from my music tutoring the dorm is silent as most people are at class, but I have a free. As I walk up the stairs with my head down, someone coming in the opposite direction shoves me. "Hey, watch it!" I exclaim before I realize who it was.

"Oh, who, me?" Natasha says with that horrible, spine tingling voice of hers. I just keep my mouth shut. No one talks back to Natasha, she would have everyone in the uni hateing you within a day. She is one of the popular girls. 

I continue up the stairs when she grabs my arm.

"I could see that you didn't no that Kyle and I had went to the party together. Don't worry, he was a perfect gentleman." I can feel my face burning up, don't even go there! I thought. "He did mention something about having to meet up with you when I rang him but I'm just to hard to say no to," she sneered.

"Wait, you are the one who persuaded him to go? I thought it was jaymi..." Is she serious? This cant be happening.

"Oh believe me, it didn't take much persuading," she giggled. I am trying really hard right now not to slap this bitch right in the face! I can feel tears in my eyes and I swallow trying to hold them back. Just then Kyle walks through the entrance and comes towards us. Natasha lets go of my arm, flicks her hair (that looked like a piece of shit) and flirtatiously walks pass Kyle right in front of me.

I slam the door of my room in Kyle's face.

"Come on babe, open up!"

"Don't call me that!" I shout back.

"Look I think that we need to talk..."  Please don't say this means what I think it means...

"There's nothing to talk about!" I open the door. Kyle stands there rubbing the back of his neck with his hand, I know that is a nervous habit of his. He walks in and sits on my bed.

"Come here," he says patting the bed beside him.

"No! I don't want to sit down. How can I sit down! I just found out that you lied to me and that you went to the party with that slut bag! You know how much I hate her, did you just not listen to me all those nights when I lay with you crying my eyes out because she was making my life hell. She made me cut myself Kyle." He just sat there. "Say something," I whisper just loud enough for him to here.

"I'm sorry..." Did he really just say that? He is sorry, aww poor him, yea cause that makes it all better!

"Don't say sorry, say that this is all a dream, say that you love me and that everything will be fine. But please don't say what I think you're going to say." I knew what is coming, I have dreaded this moment for three years and now it is finally here...

"Im breaking up with you. Im sorry but we have been together for three years and I think its time that we both get a different experience."

"Wait, hold up. You are basically saying that you are breaking up with me because you are bored with me?" I choke on the words I am saying. "You really think that Natasha, of all people will give you what you think you're missing out on!"

"Well that lads did say she was something in bed.." Did he just say that! What a bastard. I am starting to think that maybe this should have happened along time ago but I cant bring myself to say it. I love him... I LOVED him.

"That's it, get out. Go!" He walks out the door and never looks back. Just then Aoibhin and Jade emerge in the door frame. They most have heard our argument because they run towards me and hug my tightly. I slump into them, my eyes now hurting from all of the crying. What the hell just happened.
