ANNIES POV

I wake up on Joshs sofa, covered with a blanket. I must have fallen asleep.

'What time is it?' I ask him as he walks into the room.

'5pm, you feel asleep,' he replies. 'I just went out and got somethings from the store.'

'Oh right,' I laugh. I know we still need to talk about Jaymi and that we didn't finish the conversation we were having before I feel asleep.

'Annie,' he sits down beside me and tucks a peice of hair behind my ear.

'Yea,' I breath. His touch still sends sparks through me and I find it hard to even talk.

'We need to sort this out,' Josh says seriously.

'I know we do,' even the thought of what has happened makes my eyes fill with tears.

'I'm sorry about earlier..' His gaze shifts to the ground. 'I just hate him, I hate what he did to you.'

Despite how we meet, despite the circumstances that have trapped us together, I never want him to leave. I thought that he would be a constant reminder of what happened to me, but he is not. If anything he has helped me. 'I know, believe me I hate him to.' I hold back the tears. 'We can't let him come between us, we can't let him break us.'

'What about the post on Facebook?' He asks as he rests his hand at the top of my thigh, I try to keep my breathing steady.

'I don't no what I am going to do about that. Everyone I know has probably seen it by now.'

'You know what to do...' I do, but I can't. If everyone knew about Josh and I, he would loose his job! I couldn't do that to him.

'I can't do that!'

'You know it's the only way to get out of this mess, we need to tell people the truth,' he looks me in the eyes.

'No, we can think of something else! I'm not going to ruin your career.'

'Its only a tutoring class! I can just get a different job.'

My phone rings and he laughs. 'What?' I ask him suspiciously.

'Your phone seems to inturupt us a lot.'

I smile to myself and answer the phone. 'Hello?'

'Hey Annie,' I freeze. I know this spine tingling voice... Its Jaymi. I don't want Josh to know so I try to keep calm.

'What do you want?' I say flatly.

'Who is it?' Josh asks.

'Just Alon wanting to know about aoibhin.' I lie.

'Just wondering how you are babe.' His words cut through me like a knife and I feel as if I am going to through up.

'None of your business,' I splutter. Josh leaves to make dinner.

'You seemed stressed earlier?'

'Look I dont no what you want with me.... Just leave me alone!'

'Whoaa, calm down love, I just miss my girlfriend thats all,' he chuckles to himself.

'I'm not your girlfriend ok!' And here come the water works. 'Stop tormenting me!'

'Thats not what my Facebook status says.'

'You know what! Go fuck yourself! Sleaze bag! No wonder why you have to force someone to have sex with you... Because who the hell would do it willingly!' I dont no were that came from.

'Oh, feisty one you are! Just how I like them.. Feisty and with big...' I hang up before I can hear the rest of the sentence.

I let out a long breath and fall on to the sofa. Calm down... Calm down...

I pull myself together and make my way to the kitchen. I need to leave, I cant lie to him.

'So how's he doing?' Josh asks.

'What do you mean?!' I say defensively.

'Alon? How is he? Did he say something to you?'

'Oh Alon. No he didn't... He was just asking about Aoibhin...'

'Oh, ok. Are you ok? You look like you have just saw a ghost?' He places his hand on my forehead. 'And your burning up.'

'Yea, I think I might pass on dinner, I'm not feeling great.'

'If that's what you want. You should get some more rest. Go lie down and watch some TV.'

'You know I think I might just go home, if thats ok?'

'Oh yea sure. I'll see you tomorrow?' He asks a bit confused.

'Yea. See you tomorrow.' He kisses me softly on the lips and I melt into him. He gives me a hug and then I leave.

When I get back to my room my eyes widen. Spray painted across the outside of the door in block red letters are the words ANNIE IS A SLUT.

I stare at it in shock. Then the door opens.

'Oh Annie!' Jade says in surprise. 'What are you doing standing out here?' I stare blankly at her. 'Are you ok?'

'Look at the door...' She stands beside me and shuts the door.

'What the fuck...' She took the words right out of my mouth. 'Who the hell would do this!'

'I think I know...' My eyes fill up for the third time this evening.

'Jaymi?'

'Don't say that name...' I say calmly.

'Come in side,' she pulls me into our room.

'Wheres Aoibhin?' I ask in a flat voice.

'She went out with Zayn... I told her not to go, but you no how stubborn she can be!' Jade trys to lighten the mood but it doesn't work.

'Yea...' I stare into space and I wish I had of stayed with Josh.

'So, did you buy anything nice,' she asks me. Still trying to make me feel better.

'Oh... No... I didn't.'

'About this party, I think..' I cut her off.

'Let's do it!' I say. 'Let's through me a party and show everyone the true me. I can buy my self a really short dress and through myself at all the boys! After all I am a slut right?'

She stars at me stunned. 'No! Your not!'

'Try telling that to the whole campus.'

'They dont think your a slut! How could they! Your an amazing person, don't listen to Jaymi he doesn't no why he is talking about!'

'Jade? What if this is the same person how through the stone through our window?'
