Callies POV

We just said goodbye to Addie, Jake and Henry along with Arizona's parents, my birthday weekend was phenomenal and I got to spend it with the people I love

We just got home getting ready to put Luke down for his nap when I heard a knock at the door,

"Luke baby go on upstairs" I tell him and he nods as I open the door star struck at what I see

"Daddy? What are you doing here" I ask my father standing at the door

"I come to wish you a happy birthday Mija, I know it was yesterday but I figured you had plans so I come today instead," he says

"But why? You and Ma never accepted the fact that I am a lesbian, you cut me out of your lives for months and I haven't even heard from you in years, why do you show up now" I ask him again

"Mija.... you know your mother, she, she is difficult, I love you Callie and I'm sorry for not being there and I'm sorry it took so long for me to realize I don't want to leave you out, you are my daughter and I should have never left you, Arizona is a wonderful women" he said tears threatening to fall when Arizona comes to the door with Olivia,

"Callie? Who is it?" She asked walking over

"Oh" she says standing next to me

"Hi Carlos" she smiles, even though I know it's fake

"Hello Arizona, did you have another baby?" He asked looking at her and she looks up to me

"We have 4 kids now Dad," I say with no expression

"Can- can I meet them?" He asked and I look down at Arizona, I know she doesn't mind but doesn't want to hurt me

"I don't think that's a very good idea, I don't want them to know you just for you to walk away like you did to me" I reply

"Mija I'm not going anywhere, that's what I come to tell you, you're mother wouldn't Acknowledge your birthday so I did and I realized I spent too much time trying to please her, it's not fair to you, so if it's okay I would like to try again, I want to be present in your life and in the life of your children's" he said and I could tell he meant it,

I sigh and take a minute before answering

"Fine, you can come in," I say and he walks in

"Would you like to hold her?" Arizona ask him

"Yes please" he says

"What's her name?" He ask

"Olivia, she is a month old and has a twin brother" I say

"Twins?" He smiles and we nod

And Sofia comes down and walks over to Arizona

"Hey Mama, Luke isn't taking a nap he's in my room" she says

"I know he wanted Mommy to put him down" Arizona says and looks at me and I nod, then Luke comes down the steps running until Arizona gives him the mom look and he slows down then running over to me to pick him up

"Luke, Sofia this is Abuelo, Dad Sofia and Luke" I say

"Sofia, you have gotten so big, I haven't seen you since you were a baby" he says she was about a year old the last time he saw her she just smiles still standing next to Arizona

"You play cars?" Luke ask him

"Sure, I'll play cars" my Dad says and follows Luke upstairs

"Mommy?" Sofia ask
