Callies POV

Today's the first day we were leaving the kids with a nanny, her name is Kayla and she is 27. The kids really connected with her, Sofia and Luke had school so we would continue to take them and the twins would stay with Kayla. She would also pick the kids up from school at their appropriate times.

"They'll be okay" Arizona says grabbing my hand, Kayla would be here in the next half an hour and we were both pretty nervous leaving the kids with someone who isn't family,

"She's here" I say to the knock at the door and we get up to open it

"Hi Kayla, how are you this morning?" I ask

"I'm good! How are you both?" She ask

"We're good, come on in" I say opening the door

"Kay Kay" Luke says running over to her, he won't call her Kayla, luckily she said it's okay with him calling her Kay Kay

"Hey Luke" she smiles crouching down to accept his hug

"Okay everything the twins need are in here. There's milk in the fridge for them, Um, lunch is usually a little after 11 and Luke ends school at 12 and they take a nap at one" I explain

"Callie baby, we already went over everything with her," Arizona chuckles

"Yea I'm sorry" I say

"It's okay, I get it your nervous, I promise they will be okay. We have everything they need," Kayla says

"Yea you're right, oh! Car seats we got them extra ones at the door for when they need it" I say and she nods

"Well we better get going, Luke , Sofia" I say and they both come to the door, we say goodbye to the twins and Kayla and took the kids to school.

"I have to work with Minnick today" Arizona tells me

"Is she really that bad?" I ask and she looks up at me

"I mean I guess not, it's just the feeling of having someone else come in and change the way you do things, all this time and Alex and I still haven't let her do anything, I mean of course the residents can do the surgery's but she wants to let a 2nd year do. 4 year surgery and Alex and I have been pretty good with not letting her do it" she says

"Yea I get that, got to save tiny humans" I smile

"I love you," she chuckles

"Love you too"

Arizona's POV

We just got to the hospital and I just finished rounds on my patients and were going over charts when Minnick came up behind me

"You look very pretty today" she says

"Thank you" I tell her

"You're still not letting that resident to this surgery" I tell her

"Come on Arizona" she starts

"Dr.Robbins" I correct her and walk away

"Okay, Dr.Robbins, you'll be there every step of the way and can jump in at any time, " she starts and Alex comes up behind her

"No" he just flat out says

"I wasn't talking to you" she says turning around

"If you want a resident to do this surgery get a 4th year resident that is capable of doing it" he says

"Yea, what he said" I smile at him and he walks away

"You know that not fair" she says

"Yes it is, now look I have a busy day" I begin
