-Sykkuno's POV-
Sykkuno was playing Minecraft on his own. It was about 6 pm when he got a text from Corpse in the group chat. "I'll call you Corpse, I'm free!" Sykkuno replied. He liked Corpse a lot. He was fascinated by so much about him. He wanted to be his best friend and help him feel better. Corpse asked if he was sure and Sykkuno replied saying he was. Sykkuno couldn't help but smile as he saw Corpse calling him. Sykkuno didn't know what to talk about so he stayed quiet. Until he heard a soft but strong voice on the other end. "Sykkuno..?" Corpse asked. Sykkuno frowned, hearing the pain and fear in Corpse's voice. "I'm here, Corpse," Sykkuno replied. Nothing could have prepared him for when he heard Corpse's voice get quieter and a shaky "I'm scared," came from his mouth. Sykkuno felt his heart drop. He felt Corpse deserved so much more than to be scared of so many things.. But he knew he didn't know the whole story. "It's okay, Corpse, I'm here," Sykkuno replied in a soft and caring voice. He wanted to make Corpse realize how amazing he was, how strong and nice and cool he was. But mostly, Sykkuno wanted to make Corpse feel happy and safe. That was his goal in this friendship. So he talked about things he liked. He talked about the stars, some video games, some tv shows, and books. He talked about animals and music and art. He only fell silent when he heard someone talk to Corpse. "GERD..? What's that..?" Sykkuno asked himself. He decided not to do anything about it until later. As Corpse walked out of the store, Sykkuno started apologizing for going quiet and hearing something he probably shouldn't have. Corpse reassured him and told him it was okay. Sykkuno started talking again before he was cut off by Corpse yelling his name. Sykkuno jumped back for a second, heavily confused. "Yeah Corpse?" Sykkuno asked, hoping his fear didn't come through in his voice. "Sykkuno it's raining!!" Corpse said with.. Excitement and happiness in his voice. Sykkuno couldn't help but smile. "You like the rain?" Sykkuno asked. "I love the rain!!" Corpse replied. Sykkuno giggled softly. He couldn't help but smile and listened to Corpse's rambling. He thought about what it would be like to hear Corpse talk more. Hear his voice in person instead of over the phone. "You know why I love the rain, Sykkuno?" Sykkuno snapped out the trance Corpse's voice had put him in. "how come?" Sykkuno managed to ask before falling into another trance as he listened to Corpse go on. He smiled. He loved listening to Corpse's voice and what Corpse loved. He liked how passionate Corpse got about things. Sykkuno glanced at the clock and saw it was 7:30 pm. Realizing he hadn't eaten dinner, he ordered a medium pizza and continued to talk to Corpse. "How do you do it?" Corpse asked. "What do you mean? Do what?" Sykkuno replied. "Talk to people.." Corpse replied. "I.. don't know.. I just don't think.." Sykkuno replied. Corpse was quiet for a minute before changing the subject. Sykkuno got the pizza and paid the guy. He thanked the guy and went to eat. After a little while, Sykkuno felt himself drifting to sleep. He looked at the time, seeing it was 12 am. He laid down on his bed and continued to talk to Corpse until finally, Sykkuno drifted to sleep.
