Chapter 4

-Sykkuno's POV-

Sykkuno woke up and frowned seeing the call had ended, though he wasn't surprised. It made sense. He texted a quick apology to Corpse. Then, Sykkuno stretched. got out of bed, and went to shower. He came back to his room and got dressed in blue jeans and a black t-shirt. He brushed his hair and teeth and went downstairs to the kitchen. He made some waffles and bacon. He ate his breakfast and went about cleaning the house. He heard his phone go off and walked over to it. "It's alright, I forgot to take into account that you're 8 hours ahead of me :(" Corpse had texted him. Sykkuno counted 8 hours back from the time it was now, 11 am. "WHY ARE YOU AWAKE AT 3 AM SIR?!" Sykkuno replied. When Corpse didn't answer for a second, Sykkuno giggled. "Corpse do not make me call you, why are you awake??" he texted again. "Uhm.. actually could you.. Call me..?" Sykkuno read the message confused. "I'm having a really hard time sleeping again and I wanna see if you can help.." Sykkuno thought for a minute. He didn't know what to reply so he just called Corpse. "Hii," Sykkuno smiled hearing Corpse's voice come through the phone. But he could hear the exhaustion behind it. "Aww you sound so tired.. How do you want me to help??" Sykkuno asked in a soft voice, trying not to wake Corpse up any more than he was. "Just talk.. I don't care about what," Corpse replied. Sykkuno loved when people said that. He smiled and put Corpse on speaker and put his phone in his pocket as he went around finishing cleaning the house. "Did you know that each of us has a little bit of stardust in us?? I think that's awesome," Sykkuno said as he cleaned the windows. He heard a small giggle from Corpse's side of the phone and smiled. He continued to talk and once he ran out of things to talk about, he started to hum and sing songs he liked. When he finished cleaning, he noticed Corpse had fallen asleep. It was around 12 pm. Sykkuno waited an hour and watched tv before hanging up with Corpse, 100% sure he was asleep.

Sykkuno was messing with his mic which had started to glitch during his last stream. He was trying to make it work again. He was so focused he didn't hear his phone go off. Once he got his mic fixed, he downloaded the proximity chat in Among us and a few more mods. He then cleaned up his workspace and went to clean his room, where he had left his phone when he hung up with Corpse. He made his bed and did some laundry. When he finished putting the laundry away, he noticed his phone was blinking with a notification. "2 hours ago from Corpse: Hellooooo I'm sorry if I was an inconvenience at all when I asked you to call me.." Sykkuno frowned and texted back. "Sorry for the late reply I was messing with some stuff for my next stream! And nonono you didn't annoy me at all!! I like talking to you ^^" Sykkuno smiled when he saw Corpse read it and set his phone down. He turned on his tv and waited for a reply.

An episode went by,, no reply. Maybe he's busy..

Getting worried, Sykkuno texted Corpse again. "hey, Corpse, are you okay?" he waited.

Sykkuno sighed. He didn't want to bother Corpse but he wanted to make sure Corpse was okay. Just as Sykkuno's worry was about to peak, he got a text. "Sorry, low energy day," Corpse replied. Sykkuno frowned. "That's okay Corpse, take care of yourself please.." Sykkuno replied. "Will do my best" Corpse replied. "Let me know if you need anything, I can call you again tonight if you want," Sykkuno texted back. "Thank :)" Corpse replied. Sykkuno smiled and put his phone down.
