Broken glass was scattered everywhere. All the way from the small kitchen to the small coffee table in the living room. Alcohol bottles lay fallen on the floor and the brunette reeked of the foul substance.

The little blonde girl was hugging her knees, shivering from fright as she leaned against the green kitchen wall. She wished to repeat the day, so she wouldn't make the same mistakes, but even then, she knew the outcome would always be the same. Her breathing was a good enough excuse for the woman to yell at her.

"M*erda tonta! No puedas hacer nada bien! Eres un error que nunca quisimos! Y no puedes hacer lo correcto para compensarlo!"*

The more yelling her mother produced, the more she trembled. "Lo siento... lo siento... lo siento..."* Maria chanted in whispers, burying her head in her knees and wishing the shadows would just swallow her and end her existence.

* "Dumb sh*t! You can't do anything right! You're a mistake we never wanted! And you can't do the right thing to make up for it!"

* "Sorry... Sorry... Sorry..."
