Damian made Maria smile. But it was Damian. Not Robin. Robin could do so much but he couldn't just enter a shop and make Maria buy anything she wanted. She would have been a target if anyone saw her with him. So, Robin went ahead and did the next best thing: buy her something she might like.
"It's adorable!" Maria exclaimed as she gently took the charm from Robin's gloved hand. It was a panda charm and it was filled with glitter. So much glitter.
Robin smiled and patted Maria's head. "Of course, Mahbubi," Robin said. "Take it as a late Monthsary gift."
"You didn't have to give me a gift, because you spending time with me is the best gift I could ever have."
Maria smiled at the vigilante. Robin was so blessed to have such a sweet angel. Hell come upon anyone who dare hurt her.
