Ok what I actually got views? Wow thx anyway it's about 3am and I can't sleep so I'm doing this.
It was so loud. Thunder boomed and lighting crashed around her. Astrid was hiding underneath a table in the great hall, hand over her ears, tears streaming down her face, begging for the noise to stop.
"please stop please stop please stop it now mom please," she begged to her mother.
"honey I'm sorry I'm so sorry I've got to go help fight the big bad dragons OK baby? Stay here you'll be OK," her mother replied, tucking a stand of her golden hair behind her ear whilst leanign underneath the table.
"no mom Plese dont go I dont care about the dragons mom please stay with me its too noisy," Astrid begged, choking on her tears.
"baby, I'm so sorry I have to fight them honey," her mother replied and left the great hall swinging her axe.
It wasn't fair, Astrid thought why did the dragons have to attack now? Aren't hey scared of storms? Of course not, they were brave and strong and she was a silly little girl.
"err hey? Oh I'm so sorry," a voice said above her and Astrid slowly opened her eyes to see hiccup, the village dork smiling at her.
"go away," she spat at him, she didn't want anyone to ser her like this-scared.
"are you sure? I mean, I can stay?" hiccup said and when Astrid didn't reply, he shuffled under the table next to her.
"you Okay?" he asked just when another round of thunder boomed. Astrid whimpered and flinched.
"I'm fine," she whispered into her knees, "its just a little storm, nothing big," she mumbled, more to herself than hiccup.
"are you su-" the words had barely left hiccups mouth when there was an explosion front he other side of the hall and Astrid lept into his arms.
"makeitstopmakeitstopmakeitstop" she chanted into his chest and hiccup held her tightly.
"its going to be OK, it's going to be OK," he replied with and he felt as if the air was being squeezed put if him as Astrids grip tightened.
" NIGHT FURY! GET OUT OF THE HALL! IT'S GOING TO BURN!" suddenly there was a yell from the doors as a wall came crashing down.
