San and I woke up the next morning, knowing what we did last night. I didn't know San would be the one who I'd lose my V-card to, but I don't regret it for a single second. I'm so in love with this man, and last night just proved that even more. I saw and heard things from San I have never heard before. . . I never knew I could be so attracted to a guy in a single night.
Anyways, I know there is something special coming today. San has been hinting at something, I just don't know what exactly it is. Unless I'm completely clueless, I have no idea. San took me to the nearest beach. We are here bright and early, at sunrise, which I hate waking up early. I've gotten used to it due to my strenuous schedule being an actress and all. As the sun is rising, San begins his speech. . . His proposal.
"My dearest Heejung-ah, Shelly. You are everything I could ever want in a girl. Our MBTI personalities mesh perfectly so we are able to get along well. Not only that, but we can understand each other well. Despite speaking different languages, having this barrier, we can put those aside. We can spend the rest of our lives together knowing we come from different cultures, but still make it work beautifully. Heejung, I love you. I wouldn't normally propose like this, but," He pauses to get down on one knee, "Will you marry me?" "YES!" I exclaimed.
San smiles, his dimples especially deep today, sliding the ring onto my left-hand ring finger. This ring is absolutely beautiful. While my favorite color is blue, and San's is purple, the in-between color is pink. I see why he chose pink now, ahh he's so smart.San and I walk away from the beach, taking the train back to Namhae. Once arriving back in Namhae, we go to a regular hotel, not like the love hotel we were in last night. This hotel is really nice and the beds are super soft. I could get used to this life. Crashing in hotels every night, while on press tours for my drama, I can see it coming when my drama gets more popular. For now, we've only been around various cities in Korea, Japan, and China. We haven't really left East Asia yet, which I'm looking forward to when it happens. I'm anticipating going back to Southeast Asia, my motherland, the Philippines. Along with other countries in that area; Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, etc.
The week goes by as quickly as it came. San and I take the train back back Seoul. San is incredibly excited to tell his members about our engagement, how I became his fiancée. How San became my fiancé. We excited to announce this news once aagain. We just announced that we're dating, they're in for a treat when we announce we're already engaged. . . When we announced our engagement, there were the majority of fans who were happy for us. There is also the small minority that never supported our relationship in the first place, but we don't pay attention to those comments. It would just make us feel sad.
Instead of focusing on the negative comments, we keep each other happy by only reading the positive comments. We do read a few hate comments, but just so we know if we did anything wrong. For the most part, we only ready the good comments. Anyway, with San and I being engaged now, we have to plan our wedding. I would like to have a joint wedding, in a sense that we incorporate both cultures into our wedding; American and Korean. I feel like it's a really good idea that will work out.

San and I are preparing for our wedding. This has been in the works for the past 5~6 months now. San really wants to have the wedding in his hometown, Namhae, but I want to have the wedding in America. It took a lot of back and forth for us to finally agree on a single place to have our wedding. Finally, we decided we could meet in the middle and have the wedding in Hawaii. It is a paradise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, but it's perfect. After further discussion, San and I finally agreed on Hawaii.
With our location decided, Kailua, all that's left is to do is go to Hawaii and plan it all out. San and I plan on taking a hiatus from our jobs to plan all this out in Hawaii. The next few days or so, it was so stressful. San is trying his best to comfort me while I'm stressing so hard. It's like a dream come true, and I just want us to have the perfect wedding. San keeps telling me to call down because everything will fall into place, I just need to trust him. I need to trust that the universe will work in favor of us.
We've been in Hawaii for a week now. I wasn't expecting to fall in love with a single state in the United States, but I did. I think another state I would love is New York. I think I would really like New York City. It would be a good place for San and I to settle down in, but our jobs demand us to be in Korea, so that's where we need to be for the time being. This wedding and honeymoon elsewhere will only be temporary, then, once everything is said and done, we'll go back to Korea to get back to our more than ordinary lives. I would love to live in America with San, but again, it would be a hard decision to make. To have San leave everything he's made in Seoul, just to leave it all behind, again. San made enough sacrifices going up from Namhae to Seoul, so I doubt he wants to go through it again. . .
