Back to normal POV...
"What. The actual fuck. IS THAT?!?" Tristian frantically asked as a red dragon swooped down to meet him, roaring rather...angrily. He managed to get out of the way just in time when it's tail swooped down to attack once the dragon was low enough to the ground. Tristian yelped each time he almost came in contact with that same tail.
Very quickly, it started to get rather annoying. Tristan found a random rock that was around his height. Perfect. He ran towards it and hid behind the rock, trying to figure out a plan. Is this dragon one of those animals that are trying to stop him? Maybe that can help him understand the anger its going through. Tristian soon started to think of some options.
He could talk to the dragon, knock out the dragon, or just kill it altogether. "Let's try to talk and if it still wants to kill me then I will kill it first. Hmm...let's see if I remember how to make my own dagger and if I still have my strength..." Tristian took ahold of a small piece of the rock and broke it. He used his foot and right hand to break apart and shape into a dagger then took some dirt and rubbed it before sprinkling it on his creation. Suddenly, a small but bright light shined on the rock and an actual dagger appeared. A smirk graced his lips.
"Alright!"
Tristian peered over the big rock and saw the dragon distracted by something. It was a perfect opportunity to attack. He ran quickly from the rock and climbed the back of the dragon. He then leaped from the back and stabbed the dagger in the neck. The dragon roared hoarsely as Tristian slid himself down, ripping open the skin. Not caring as blood splashed onto his face and body. Once he got on the ground, he saw some of those pink stuff from a body slowly sliding out as the dragon fell down, heavily injured.
"Oh, are you the one who squealed like a girl? It seemed like you got everything handled here." A voice said smoothly. Tristian immediately growled. He's not a girl! He twirled to face the source of the voice and found a boy staring at him with a smirk. "Who the hell are you punk?! Also, I'm not a damn girl!" The boy snickered and shrugged his shoulders, "Who said that you are a girl?" He asked with such innocence.
Tristan balled his fists together but decided at last to not let this fool get to his head. "The name is Cyrus by the way. If you don't mind....hey! How ruuuuuude, oh well!" Tristian growled again. "Fuck off, I am on a mission now. I have no time to deal with the likes of you. I'm trying to get out of this place. So...yeah, bye." Tristian thought that that was the end. He took out the map from his pocket and looked at it.
"Alright...it seems that I'm here, since this tree there is similar to the one on the map...now I have to go to this...huh? A wall?" Tristian raised an eyebrow at the map in confusion. That is the second to last destination before reaching the doors that lead to the real world. Tristian soon noticed, however, multiple medium sized dots that lead up to the walls.
Suddenly, he could feel that someone or something is behind him. He took a deep breath and stood still for a second before turning around quickly, dagger in hand. "Whooooaaaa, feisty. Nice dagger you got there." Tristian rolled his eyes and turned to completely face that boy Cyrus, glaring at him. "Why are you following me?" Tristian asked curtly. Cyrus's smile dropped and he glanced anywhere but Tristian, scratching the back of his head sheepishly.
Tristian crossed his arms and tapped his foot impatiently. "Well? I'm waiting." He said. Cyrus shrugged again, "Well...I overheard you talking to yourself just now and before you left, you said that you were trying to get out of here. I want to get out of here too. So I was thinking...never mind. I will get out of your hair. Sorry." Cyrus zoomed past Tristian and was out of sight within a second. Tristian could only stare blankly before giving off an annoyed 'hmph' before going on his way as well. It doesn't matter what Cyrus does.
As long as he isn't in his way.
