Are you happy Tristian(Last installment of 'Are you ___' series)

Chapter 28

Tristian is back to the land of the living.

But he wished that Cyrus was with him though. At least they got to proclaim their love for each other and kissed each other goodbye. He still feels warmth from the soft, loving lips of his love as he noticed that he is right in front of the Camelot castle. A little boy came out of nowhere and jumped on him, causing Tristian to let out a yelp and fall on the grass.

"Daddy! You back fum the ded! It's me, Kai!" The boy screeched out in delight. Tristian's eyes widened as he saw the little boy with dark brown hair and green eyes smiling down at him. His son...the boy's name is Kai. Oh wow, his child is cute as hell! Awesome! Tristian hugged the boy close before picking him up and standing on his feet with him. Suddenly, he heard voices from afar.

The first one was his mother.

"You naughty boy! Don't you know that I'm carrying your nephews, that two months old?! When I....what? Tr-Tr-Tristian?" Meliodas stopped his running and rambling, staring at his son who only smiled softly at him. This can't be. It can't. Can it? Tears started forming in those green eyes and then eventually sliding down the cheeks.

Tristian placed Kai down and opened up his arms, "This is me in the flesh. Now, come here mom. I missed you." Meliodas looked down at the twins, "You guys don't mind me hugging your brother. Right?" The babies giggled and started to float a little bit away from Meliodas's arms, following him as their mom sped over to hug his first born close.

"Three years...you've been gone for three years." Meliodas mumbled hoarsely.

Tristian sighed softly, taking in the familiar warmth of his mother. It has been a long time. Not just for him being able to see his mom again, but also just feeling comforting warmth. Every touch he experienced in Purgatory has been too hot or cold. Not comforting at all.

The second voice heard was Angel's.

"Babe! Where did you ran off to? Did you find Tristian's brat?" He finally saw his husband but also someone else...

Tristian. Or is it really him? There is something different about him.

Nonetheless, he ran with their older son in his arms. "Kid! Welcome back!" Tristian looked up and gasped when he saw Mel's lookalike. Seeing him finally got him to start crying as Angel got to him and pull him in his arms.

"D-D-Dad..." Tristian meekly called out.

Angel smiled, feeling flattered at his given title from the younger male. "Welcome back son. Calm down now, don't cry." Kai, Xavier, Ashton and Trevor looked at Tristian with curiosity. Wondering why the male is crying. Is he hungry? Did he had an 'uh oh' moment? Tristian finally noticed the children and wiped his tears away. He walked over to them and squatted down to their level.

"Hey there, probably weird of me to just walk up to you huh. Anyways I'm Tristian. Brother to you three and to Kai, I'm your daddy. So, who wants to climb on me?" The kids smiled and immediately landed themselves on him. Tristian chuckled and managed to grab ahold of the twins in one arm and Xavier in the other as Kai wrapped his arms securely around his neck.

Meliodas and Angel looked as Tristian ran up a tree and started leaping from one tree to the next. Causing the kids to laugh in delight. Before Angel could lean down and asked that typical parent question when witnessing that, Meliodas nodded his head.

"Yeah, don't worry. It's fine. He wouldn't endanger them, Tristian knows what he is doing. I'm very proud of him though. Notice his muscles, they're really defined. Not too big but you know that he is a pretty strong guy if you look at him. His eyes...he got the power that I didn't. The power of Nifitri. He is the first demon to get it, not even my father managed to get that power. I don't know how that is possible but it's cool to see him with it. Now, let's go and catch up with them, shall we?" Angel nodded his head and yelled 'race ya!' before flying off.

Diane was walking around a field in Liones when she noticed King in his dark red clothes, laying down on the grass and looking up at the sky. She quietly walked over and sat next to him, trying to hold in her giggles. King sighed and lifted up his hand, where his engagement ring shined in the bright sunlight. "I still miss you everyday Diane, even though it's been three years since your death. Never will I fall in love again. You are...all I want." Diane's heart tightened sadly at the words.

"You are all I want to, King."

The fairy quickly turned towards her and gasped when he looked up to see that indeed, this is his love that he heard. His eyes immediately started to water as he jumped up and flew towards Diane, capturing her lips in a passionate kiss. When he pulled away a few minutes later, he moved on to kissing all over her face.

"Diane...Diane...oh, Diane! I missed you so much. Don't you ever leave me again. Please, my heart won't be able to take it." He rambled on, sobbing. Diane held him close and whispered comforting words into his ear. With a few tears of her own falling down her face as well.

She missed King as well. The only person who truly loved her for her. And didn't discriminate her because of her height and the fact that she is a giant. She is forever grateful to Tristian for helping her be back with the love of her life.

But she hopes that he is okay, especially since he lost his.

The love of his life.
