This chapter is going to have Laura's POV as a suggestion of one of my friends and I really liked the way it turned out. Laura's POV 

 I was just pulling into the driveway when my phone started ringing. I figured It was Danny telling me he had just got to Drew's house. But When I picked it up to my surprise it was Drew.

Maybe Danny's phone died and he was using Drews. I answered it.

"Hey, Laura."

"Drew? Is Danny there?"

"Uhh yeah he is but I actually needed to talk to you."

"Ok, what's up?"

"I don't know how to sugar coat this so I won't."

"Umm... what's going on? Is everything ok?"

"Ok here goes. So you know how Danny's parents have been putting pressure on him and how peanut died."

"Umm... Yeah?"

"Danny... cut himself."

"Drew, what do you mean?"

"He felt so much pressure and felt like he needed to hurt himself."

"Please tell me this is a joke."

At this point, I was crying. I couldn't stand the thought that Danny felt so much pain he thought torturing himself would fix it. And the fact I didn't notice.

"Laura It shocked me too. But I'm not kidding."

"Can I talk to him?" 

Danny's POV

When Drew passed me the phone I didn't want to take it but I knew I needed to give her an explanation. "Hey."

"Danny." I could hear the pain in her voice.

"Yeah?"

"Danny, are you ok? What's going on?"

The sound of Laura's crying hurt me so much knowing I was the cause of it. That was one thing I didn't think of when I was doing it, it would hurt everyone around me. It made me feel more stupid than I already felt today.

"I-I'm sorry, I love you."

"I love you too, please tell me what made you do it."

"I-I don't know, I just felt so mad at myself for being such a failure and for messing everything up."

"Danny, honey you're not a failure and you didn't mess anything up. Why would you ever think that."

"Laura as much as you need to know, what's going on I just don't want to talk or know how to talk about it ok? I'll send you something in a minute that should hopefully clear things up a bit."
