Chapter 11

It was the next day, I was at school talking to Sam at her locker. She looked past me and sighed.

"Hawk is coming over this way." She whispered. She closed her locker.

"Wish me luck." I whisper back. Sam walks off, I turn around to face him. He leans in for a kiss, but I back away.

"Look I'm sorry about yesterday, I shouldn't have acted like that." He sighed.

"Their my friends and Demetri is your friend-" I start.

"Used to be my friend." He corrects.

"Whatever, the point is their my friends, your my boyfriend, you have to get along with them." I say. Hawk rolls his eyes. I then roll my eyes too. "I have to go." I say turning but he pulls me back. He doesn't say or do anything. I roll my eyes again, I peck his lips. Knowing really all he wanted was a kiss. Then I take my arm back from him and walk off. The school bell rings, the hallways were empty now. I was just walking around, then the intercom came on

"Good morning, students and faculty. Welcome to a brand new year at West Valley High. I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are ready to get right back into the school year." The woman beings, I stopped listening, then some stuff started happening. "Hey- you're not supposed to be in here- give that back! Hey!" She was saying to someone.

"Samantha LaRusso, you know what you did and now you're going to pay for it." A girl started. Tory, a member of Cobra Kai. Her and Miguel dated, Sam and Miguel kissed at the party the other night. "I'm coming for you bitch!" She said then the intercom turned off. The school bell rings. 'Shit' I thought to myself, I started running to where ever they were.

I finally found the crowd, made my way up to the front where Tory and Sam were slowly walking in a circle. Robby comes up next to me.

"I saw what you did at the party, you kissed Miguel." Tory says and everyone starts ooing. I see Hawk in the front of the crowd behind Sam, he was smiling. Sam sees Robby and tries to say something. Tory throws a punch but Sam dodges. Sam turns and Tory grabs her backpack and pulls her back, taking the backpack off. Tory kicks Sam into Hawk and 2 others. They push her back in. I roll my eyes, of course he wants a fight. Tory was getting Sam, Sam wasn't really fighting back.

Robby goes and rips Tory off Sam, holding Tory to the lockers then Miguel comes and tackles Robby. Now Sam and Tory were fighting, Miguel and Robby were fighting. People started joining in, including Hawk. Now things were getting really out of hand. The fighting had moved to the entrance of the school. Hawk sees Demetri, Demetri starts running and Hawk goes after him. I carefully follow to make sure that if Demetri needs help I can help, but I kept my distance so that they wouldn't see me. I peaked around a corner and saw Demetri running back. I look back at the stairs and see Tory pull Sam down some by her hair.

Hawk had caught up to Demetri and they started fighting, them Demetri threw Hawk into the trophy case. Demetri looks at me, I nod in approval. Of course I was worried but Hawk did deserve it. I look back at the stairs and at the top, Miguel and Robby were fighting really close to the railing. I started walking over to the stairs. Then the next thing I know Robby kicks Miguel over the top raining.

"Miguel!" I scream, Tory does too. Miguel falls onto the lower railing then onto the stairs. I run over to him, he laid their unconscious.

"Robby! What did you do!?" I heard Sam say. Tear filled my eyes. Hawk and Sam both joined me by Miguel. An ambulance had arrived and taken Miguel away, at this point tears were streaming down my face. I quickly ran through the school, to the back entrance. I went through the doors then felt a hand on my wrist, I turn it was Hawk. He pulls me into his arms and I just break down. He strokes my hair.

"Shhh it's okay." He whispers to me. I pull away from him, we wipes my tears away. I cup his face softly.

"Your face." I whimper. Looking at his wounds.

"I'm okay don't worry about me." He says calmingly. I grab onto his hoodie and pull him to me, smashing my lips into his, his arms wrap around me. I slowly pull away from the kiss.

"I should probably go check on Sam in the hospital." I sigh.

"Okay, I'll meet you at your apartment after?" He asks and I nod. I kiss him again before going to my car and driving to the hospital. I get there and go to Sam's 'room'. I hug her softly as soon as I see her. We both cry together worrying about Miguel, we don't say much to each other. Just enjoying each others company. I don't stay for long. I drive to my apartment, Hawk was already there. He had cleaned up his face. I go lay in my bed, not saying anything. I feel him get in next to me, he pressed his chest to my back wrapping an arm around me. He softly kisses the back of my neck.

"I'm never going to let you go." He says softly.

"Good." I whisper. He softly tightens his arm around me and we both fall asleep
