Carter

Few moments ago.

I dragged my feet on the ground sadly as I walked around the orphanage. Why?. Because my younger sister, Dalia got adopted this morning by wealthy people who refused to adopt me too because I seemed too old to be adopted due to my age.

I continued to drag my feet on the ground, my eyes glued to the floor. I had no friends in the orphanage because making friends seemed so hard to me I always worry whether people will mock and make fun of me.

Then I bumped into a large figure" Ooof.

" Oh dear, I'm so sorry" I heard a deep voice of a man.

" It. . it's ... Okay, sir" I still glued my eyes to the ground not wanting to look at the person I bumped into.

" Are you okay?" The man asked crouching down to my level and looked at me while I removed my face.

" Hey don't be shy love" he said holding my chin up and making me look at him and he was good looking with curly hair and he appeared to be in his early twenties.

" What's your name?" He asked.

" C...Carter sir" I said shyly and he smiled sweetly at me.

" Oh Carter it's nice to meet you, my name is Harry" he said and I shyly smiled.

" Besides why are you walking around alone" he asked .

" Well... Uhmm... My younger sister got adopted today and I miss her already." I explained and he nodded in concern.

" So you mean no one has adopted you yet?" He asked and I nodded. " Okay, no problem, come with me" he grabbed my hand and we both walked to where three other men were.

" Hey mates" Harry greeted the men and I held his hand tightly, I wasn't used to meeting new people.

" Good thing you're back, and who is she?" One of them asked and Harry introduced me. " Her name's Carter" .

" Hey, sugar pie" the one with blonde hair said to me and I just smiled shyly.

" Hey darling my name is Louis and you don't have to be shy " one of them said and then they all introduced themselves and to be honest they seemed like good people but.. why were talking to me?

" Uhmm... Carter, I'll be back, I have to do something" Harry said as he left me with the other boys.

" So, Carter how old are you" Niall asked. I sighed quietly. " Ten"

They nodded and then continued to talk to me and talking to them made me kinda feel safe and I also felt a close bond between them and I.

"What about Harry?" I managed to ask and they all looked at each other.

" He should be... Oh here he comes" Liam said. I looked behind me and saw Harry walking towards us with a smile on his face.

" Good news baby girl, you just got adopted" he said .

" B..by whom?" I asked still shyly.

" By me , cutie pie" he said and I felt my whole body go into freeze mode. I can't believe it, I'm adopted. I ran up to him and hugged him and he hugged me back. Then the boys came over and we all did a group hug.

" So let's get packing, shall we?" Louis asked and I led them to my room where they helped me pack up.

" Are you ready to hit the road with us?" Louis asked and I nodded. " Good, cause I'm getting hungry" Niall said and I just giggled lightly.

" This is not just happening" Liam whispered to himself but was still loud enough for me to hear.

" Seatbelts on" harry said helping me with my seat belt and then smiled at me.

" Thank you" I whispered and he kissed my head. " You're welcome love" .

Louis pulled up at a huge place that looked like an hotel, or was it an hotel?.

As if Harry could read my mind, he said." Yeah, this is an hotel , we pratically live in London but we're here for a short period of time" . I nodded at his explanation.

" Let's go angel cake" Liam said holding my little hand and we all came down from the car and then walked into the hotel.

" Hey almond, we'd love you to meet someone when we get to our rooms , okay?" Harry said and I went into a state of confusion. Who was I going to meet, should I be happy , excited or anxious.

We all got to the elevator and then Liam pushed in the number 5 , so we were going to the fifth floor.

Later.

We heard a loud ding and then the elevator opened letting us into the fifth floor. They led me to a room that was surprisingly well arranged. I always thought boys were messy but this opposes it.

" So, gorgeous I'll be right back" Niall said leaving the room . Few minutes later, I heard the handle of the door open and I ran to the back of Louis .

" Hey guys welcome back" I heard a girl's voice and she sounded young.

"Thanks" the boys replied.

"So Ashley we've got a little surprise for you" Harry said but I was still behind Louis.

"Surprise?" The supposed Ashley asked.

Then I moved away from Louis' back and behold I was standing in front of a young girl that appeared older than me.

"Ashley darling meet Carter".
