When we get off the plane, Sebastian and I walk in the same direction. "My friend isn't here yet so I'll have to wait", he says as he looks at his phone. I nod my head and look around. I was finally in Australia, but had no idea where to even go from here. "I can stay with you until he arrives?", I suggest as I pull my jacket back on. Sebastian sits down on one of the chairs. "You don't have to!"

"I want to. Besides, I have to figure out where I'm going to go from here. When I said I drastically packed up and left, I meant it", I laugh nervously. This was also so unlike me. I was always so prepared for everything, so coming here with absolutely no plan, was so out of the norm for me. "I can help you. I've been here a few times", Sebastian says as he pulls me down to sit next to him. He grabs my phone and starts typing in different things into the search bar. "Here. This hotel is one of the best ones I've stayed at. It's inexpensive, but the staff is beyond amazing"

"Is it near any restaurants and stores?", I ask as I nibble on my bottom lip. He nods his head and scrolls down the page. "Everything is within five minutes from the hotel. Even the beach". I look at the pictures and nod my head. It did look beautiful, and I took Sebastian's word for it. "I'll call them right now to book a room". I dial the hotel's number and wait for the receptionist to answer. When they do, I ask if they have any availabilities. I book the hotel for one week, just to be safe and thank them. I sigh as I lean against the seat. "So, I booked a room for a week. After that, I have no idea what's next"

"Are you planning on staying in Australia or are you going to travel somewhere else?", Sebastian asks me as he takes off his cap. I play with the case on my phone, flipping it on and off as I look at him. "Maybe, maybe not. You know, I thought I would be more anxious about not having a schedule or a structured plan, but I'm actually okay". He smiles, "Well then maybe you're off to a great start with this new life of yours", he says as he taps me on the leg. I feel the hairs on my arm lift up as I see his hand linger on my leg before he removes it.

Suddenly a man approaches us, smiling. "Seb, my man!". They hug and greet each other as I awkwardly fidget in my seat. I clear my throat and stand up, "Well it looks like you don't need my company anymore. I should get going", I start as I grab my bags. Sebastian gently grabs my arm and stops me. "Anthony, this is Italia. Italia this is Anthony". I extend my hand out for him to shake and smile. "It's nice to meet you, Anthony"

He smiles brightly as he looks between Sebastian and I. "It's nice to meet you too". I make sure I have my bags and turn to look at Sebastian. "Well, it was nice meeting you, Sebastian. Stay in touch, okay?". He smiles and to my surprise, pulls me into a hug. I hug back and get a whiff of his cologne. "Have a great time in Australia. We'll stay in touch!", he smiles as he motions to his phone. "You better, I'm not done with those Romanian lessons", I laugh as I start to walk off. I hear him laugh as he shakes his head. "You have my promise", he calls back as he raises his pinky finger. I raise mine and smile as I head towards the exit.
