NO SPECIFIC POV
“Hey Kya are you at your office?” Korra said as she talked through the phone. “Okay perfect I'm heading your way right now. Korra said, signing off the call quickly. She hung up and placed her phone down. She grabbed the steering wheel with a sturdy grip. Korra seemed to be really panicky because the car was going a little faster. Asami noticed how tense Korra was so she decided to say something.
“You know I'm okay, you don't need to be in a rush. Unless you have other plans. Asami said in a friendly voice with a little flirty undertone. With that Korra managed to relax. Korra slowed down the velocity and turned up the music a little for it to be less awkward. As she turned up the volume, “Fool For You'' by Snoh Aalegra was playing. Somehow this coincidence didn't quite feel like a coincidence. They both felt something natural. Something destined.
Somehow they felt and understood every single word in that song. Especially the part where she say
“It's somethin' 'bout you that's so familiar
Somethin' that's got me wantin' to know you
And I can't put my finger on it
But it feels, oh like I've been here before
It's somethin' about me that makes me wonder
I swear I met you, but you're a stranger
And I can't put my finger on quite what it is
Oh, but I've been here before”
Both had butterflies as they heard word for word, both intrigued by the lovely message the universe was giving them. They stood still just so they would miss a note.
“Oh, you remind me of someone I once knew
Maybe I'm crazy, but it's hard to ignore you
And I can't wrap my head around it
But it feels, oh like I loved you before”
They were both staring at the road but Asami couldn't help but want to look at the blue-eyed woman's face, once more. So that she can capture her essence, and be suffocated by the Awe that is her beauty. She subtly turned her head to look at the Handsome Prince that ran her over. But being mad at her would be the last thing Asami would ever want. Asami was so mesmerized by Korra that she started making her own poetry in her head.
“ It's funny that we had to meet like this. A random meet at the park or bumping into each other unexpectedly, would have been nice. Heh, but I guess getting hit by your car, and hurting my ankles is just as good. How come I'm so astounded by you? If I'm being honest you are very attractive but this connection is more than looks. Staring into your eyes was a preview of heaven. It was pure paradise. It was incredible. Now this may be me having deja vu, but I have seen those eyes. I have been there. It's too rare for me to ever forget it. The place where I would gladly get lost and never be found. Something about your gateway is too intimate. Oh Dear Spirits; I wouldn't want to leave this heavenly realm of yours, not even for a split second. Because I can never live without your heavenly bliss. So do as I say and look at me forever. Let me explore every inch of that heavenly kingdom, that you carry.” Asami though.
