Third Person POV

It was Monday and of course school again. Jieun cannot avoid that. She has dreams also. It was already 7:20 am and Jieun woke up and did her morning routine.

She stepped outside her room to just to see the table with pancakes. She looked to the sink side and saw Jisung. He prepared a breakfast for Jieun. And of course, she liked it.

She loved it.

"Goodmorning, squirell" Jieun greeted her bestfriend. Jisung smiled at him and started eating also.

Jieun opened her instagram and browsed some stories. And she saw Jena's. Its a convo of Jisung and her...from last night.

Jieun felt a sting in her heart. The last words Jisung said to Jena a few days ago was he doesnt like her already but now he still do?

it pained her. Jisung knows Jieun likes him. But why is he like this? Jieun is scared that Jena might controll him. Jena might ask him to not go near Jieun once they started dating. And she is afraid of that day to come.

"so you still like Jena?" Jieun broked the silence.
Jisung was shocked because of his bestfriends words. "Jieun- i hated her for what she did to you but-"

before Jisung could continue Jieun stood up fixing her plates. "Im done eating lets go?" Jieun said and asked Jisung.

Yes, Jieun is hurt. A lot. But she has no choice. Seeing her friend happy is fine with her even though she is not the cause of it.

They arrived at the university to be greeted by their friends. The 9 boys waiting at the gate greeted them. And Jena is also with them. The 9 boys knows whats going on already since they also saw the story of Jena.

It was kinda awkward. When Jisung and Jieun arrived infront of the gate. She saw Jena smiled at Jisung and Jisung returned the smile.

Jena now turned her look to Jieun. "J-jieun, im really sorry for what i did-" Jena said.

"Its fine" Jieun answered shortly. She then walked passed them. Leaving the others behind. The atmosphere is understandable.

"Jieun how are you!" Jieun entered their classroom and was greeted by her two friend Jina and Jaya. "Im fine" Jieun said and lowered her head in the desk. Jina and Jaya knows that Jieun is lying.

After couple of minutes the boys entered followed by Jisung and Jena. Now, Jina and Jaya knows the reason why Jieun is acting like this again.

Jaya shot a glare at Jena. They really didnt like what she did to Jieun. They wanna pull her hair out. But they cant.

The teacher now entered the classroom. "Class, this week we will have the sports week. After this announcement younwill take yournfree hours and after that pleasensign up for the sport you want to. Thats all" the teacher said then left is in the room.

noices filled the room talking about which sport they would join. But one person isnt happy about someone's choice. Sowon.

Jieun, Jina, Jaya and the 9 boysbare at the cafeteria in one table. They are all eating togethernsince its theirnfree hours. "Jina, what sport are you going to join?" Jaya asked her friend.

"Of course its badminton" -Jaya

"hmmm, ill join table tennis" -Jina

"how about you Jieun?" -Jaya

"V-volleyball" jieun reolied stuttering. Volleyball is her passion and she has been doing it for who knows how long. Her mother's sport is also volleyball.

But then she stopped playing it after an accident that almost killed her. And now she might not be able to play since she has a heart condition.

"but you cant right? What if you pass out? Your heart is weak Jieun" Jiya said worriedly. They dont want anyone from their friends getting hurt.

The 9 boys is also listening to their conversation all looking at Jieun. "are you sure you will join volleyball?" Jaya asked and jieun nodded.

"If ill die, then its better" Jieun said. Jisung heard everything. He stood up aggresively and left them dumbfounded.

"Whats his problem?" Jina said and rolled her eyes. They all continued eating. Jieun knows the reason why he left. Its because of what she said. She is not mad because Jisung still likes Jena after what she did, but she is just in pain.

She never said she wasnt happy for the both of them. But still, it hurts for her. A lot.

Watching the person you like fall for someone else.
