POV: Akaashi Keiji

One thing I've never understood about people is how they can have so much emotion. That's why I've taken a liking to Bokuto. He shows his emotions so clearly. You can tell when he's mad, sad, happy. Any emotion is readable on his face.

But for me, it's not. I'm not depressed or anything, it's just hard for me to express emotions like everyone else. That's why I took a liking to Kenma and Iwaizumi.

Me and Kenma are very similar. We both don't show all that much when it comes to emotions. As for Iwaizumi, he express anger very clearly but besides that it can be hard to read him. He does let emotions show on his face, but only around certain people.

That certain people is Oikawa and I. Of course he'd show emotions around me, I've known him for a while, but Oikawa seems to bring emotions out of him so easily.

Maybe we all were meant to meet. Even Kenma has been showing a lot more emotion since we came here. Maybe Bokuto can bring something out of me. I want to show emotions like Kenma and Iwaizumi. So please, help me, Bokuto.

"Agashi won again? This isn't fair!" Bokuto complains.

We currently are playing spoons in the garden.

"It's just a game of quick reflexes, Bokuto~San. You'll get better I promise."

I pat his shoulder and he immediately brightens up. His golden eyes shine so bright. How does he do that?

"Next time, I'll beat Agashi!"

"It's Akaashi, Bokuto~San."

"I think Oikawa needs to stop being so slow." Iwaizumi laughs.

"I'm not slow! You guys just have superhuman speed!"

We all laugh.

"Kenma would probably be last if he wasn't always the one to pick up the spoon first." Kuroo points out.

Kenma nods in agreement as he shuffles the deck.

"Is there any other game you guys want to play?" I ask.

"What about 3-Kings?" Oikawa suggests.

"Sure, sounds simple." Iwaizumi replies.

Oikawa explains the rules of the game and we all listen. The game is simple but long. It takes about an hour to play with (surprisingly) Kenma as the winner.

"How-"

"Oikawa, don't you dare get upset about his win. You were second with literally a point separating you two." Iwaizumi says.

"But Iwa! I could've won!"

"You could've but you didn't."

"Uh guys, Bokuto is sulking." Kenma points to Bokuto crying behind a bush.

"Koutarou come on man! It's just a game!" Kuroo yells.

"Let me to talk to him."

I walk to Bokuto and try to cheer him up.

"Bokuto~San, please don't cry. There's no need. It's just a game."

He looks up at me with tears falling down his cheek. I wipe one off and he smiles a bit.

"But I wanted to impress you and I ended up loosing badly..."

I laugh a little. "Bokuto~San, you already impress me."

"I do?" His eyes shine again.

"Yes. Now let's-"

"Agashi?"
