Valentine's Day

(I know it's been a while. But I'm back pitches.)

I really really really really REALLY don't like people. I just don't like people.

Call me negative, a downer, a piece of shit or whatever else you want but I don't care.

I really just hate people. Some people can be so ignorant, it's amazing. Other can be so full of themselves, they're amazing.

I just can't handle the amount of pure hatred I have for people.

Anyway, if you live in the US, today is Valentine's Day. Otherwise known as one of my least favorite holidays.

I feel like there's just too much emphasis and pressure on having to show your love and affection for someone in the most grandeur way possible. And I especially hate the people who feel like they are entitled to a spectacular day or gift or whatever from their significant other.

I'm not here to judge or define what love is but I think that if you truly love someone, you don't need a holiday to show that. It should be shown throughout the entire time you are with that person.

That being said, I can definitely understand wanting to do a little extra with flowers or chocolate but I don't think guys or girls should feel entitled to an amazing evening.

I kind of have a love-hate relationship with Valentine's Day though because even though I don't like a lot of aspects of this holiday, I still love the fact that all of the chocolate and candy is on sale the week after.

So anyway, if you're in a relationship, I hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day. Do something a little extra and you just might get laid.

I'm not much of a romantic.

If you're not in a relationship, drown your sorrows in all the discount candy for the next week.

(Question for you guys: Do you think I'm in a relationship? I'm curious as to what you guys think.)
