Okay..... I have a problem.
Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with me.
Okay, let me paint you a picture.
You're watching a movie. It's set during the German Nazi takeover of France. You see an American soldier hunt down and pin down a Nazi general. The American then proceeds to beat the Nazi to the brink of death with a baseball bat. A FREAKING BASEBALL BAT. Then, another American soldier, (played by Brad Pitt, no less) takes a machete and carves the Nazi symbol onto the Nazi soldiers head. All the while, you are watching this in HD, surround sound.
Now, regular, ordinary, decent human beings would either wince, or look away or have some thought along the lines of, "Oh my god, this is awful!"
Me?
I laughed.
Let me repeat that.
I LAUGHED.
WHEN FACED WITH THAT AMOUNT OF HORROR AND DEATH AND DESTRUCTION, ORDINARY PEOPLE DO NOT LAUGH.
I LAUGHED. A LOT.
WHAT THE LITERAL FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME?!?!
(Side note, the movie I was watching was Inglorious Basterds. I actually loved it.)
